I have taken my sweet dog there for almost 15 years.They have always been great with me and my sweet dog.Even to the last moments of when I had to put her to sleep.All the staff and doctors alwaystreated me and my pet with respect and care.I am so very grateful. Shelby there is a sweetheart. Jacob is awesome too. Dr. Chapman was the best.Thank you so much!

I've had a wellness plan for a long time for my dog and used several different Banfield hospitals. This location has had the best front desk staff, although that's not a very high bar. I don't like how I can't go back to the exam room with my dog, he's very nervous and it makes me uncomfortable to not get a chance to talk with the vet during his visit. While I've never been super happy with Banfield, this most recent visit has made me realize it's time to cancel. I needed an exam for my elderly dog, and without even seeing him, they wanted to charge $500 for x-rays. I asked if there was any way a vet could take a look at him first and they said no, x-rays first. I decided to take my dog to a different vet - a much better experience - and it was decided that he did not need x-rays. I saved over $300 just by getting a second opinion. It just doesn't seem like anyone at Banfield really cares about your or your pet's experience. I'm canceling my wellness plan, of course after having to pay out the remaining months - my advice, go elsewhere, don't get a wellness plan with Banfield.

Front desk has no empathy at all. So monotoned.Was recommended to call this location due to a situation with the cypress creek location (See my review on Google).I’ll never use banfield ever again.

Banfield has the most horrible policy ever. My sweet dog passed away and they want to charge a penalty!! They took almost 16 years of our money and apparently it wasn't enough. They're a business first without compassion. Talk about adding salt to the wound! Our family is devastated.

Useless people. Very bad experienceI called them for an advice for my dogs broken bone with deep stress and helpless situation.They ask me to wait for 3 days and see if he doesn’t feel good still ask to make an appointment.My first pet and don’t have much knowledge in this kind of situation. They almost messed up dogs future. He walks limping for ever now.Shameless people. people who takes calls some of them are very rude and don’t care even the dog dies.Now i am concerned how they treat pets inside.

we travel constantly and using their optimum wellness plan allows their records to follow us around and take her in when i need to. i can get appointments when i need. sometimes they are shorthanded at every location and there can be a wait but we just walk the bone aisle and she loves it.

After evaluating and recommending some services, we declined many of them. We had to repeatedly decline them. THEN, they did the services anyway, charged us for services that were not authorized and did not want to return our dog unless we paid. Horrendous customer service

They will scam you. I was quoted around $600 for my dog to get updated on all her shots, her teeth cleaned, and X-rays pending a possible tooth extraction. When I went to pick her up they handed me my receipt that totaled double the quoted price.. they did a bunch of additional tests I didn’t ask for and held my dog ransom until I payed them. This was such a traumatic experience I will never bring my dog here again. I had to call around to figure out a way to fork over a grand so I could get my dog back. Ive been scammed and I feel tricked. I’m just so so sad about the way this unfolded and will be telling anyone with a pet they love never to go here. They will use your love for your fur baby against you.

I have been going to this Banfield for about 10 years. After the first few appointments I realized that this clinic will recommends things that are not necessary for your pet. You have to be VERY SPECIFIC about what they are doing with your pet because if you do not, the costs will be 3 to 5 times what they originally estimated. Then when you pick up your dog your $300 estimate will be over $1000 and you are forced to pay so you can get your pet back.This same thing happened again this week and we have had enough. We were charged for procedures that were never authorized and because of their incompetence we did not even get the issue addressed with our pup. They quoted us $700 and when we tried to pick her up, the bill was $1,300 with tests and procedures we never authorized.Now we have to find another vet that can heal our sweet dog and pay another $1000++ to help her and put her through the trauma again.We will never bring our pets back to this clinic ever again. This clinic cares about profits, not your pet.@

Took all three of my pets (2 dogs and a cat) into this Banfield today for routine checkups, teeth cleaning, and vaccines. Scheduling the appointment was simple and painless, they were able to get us in the same week! The vet tech we spoke to, Alexander, was super helpful and explained everything perfectly. We got to the store a bit early but the vet still checked us in and was so friendly. They got a list of our concerns and gave us a thorough breakdown of costs, etc. Pick up was just as great. This location is our new go-to in the Austin area. Thanks for all you do for our pets!

I have been a banefield customer for many years. This is the first time I have signed my dog up for a wellness plan. Awful experience. I brought my dog to a teeth cleaning appointment at 7am, expected to pick him up no later than 12. I was asked if we had plans that day and told that he was the first patient that morning. No call from 7-12. When I called at 1230 I was informed that my dog has not got anything done to him. He has just been sitting in a cage for 5+ hours. What is the point of booking an early appointment for him to sit there in a cage all day? The staff lacks empathy, care and compassion. I told the vet when I arrived that my dog was very scared, even shaking when he realized where we were at due to his last visit that was just a check up. I am very disappointed with this place and will not be returning.

This is the best Banfield ever! Thor, Tank, Olive, and Buster are always treated like family. The techs and front desk are some of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met when it comes to animals - other than Dr. Chapman of course!

I might be biased as a Banfield employee, but I am endlessly impressed by the NCP staff and teamwork — always looking to help as many pets as possible everyday, and give the best medicine to each and every one. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!
