I was pleased that they had the battery and oil I needed. When we walked in, we were acknowledged and directed to where we needed to be. There's a huge wall of motor oil! I found an employee willing to indulge in a search for a compass for my dash. I knew it was an item carried mammy years ago, but he liked and checked to see if they had it in stock. No luck, but I appreciate the effort.

Probably the laziest crew I’ve ever experienced at auto zone, I went for a headlight and was greeted with an attitude from both female cashiers First Lady took me to the headlight area and walked off while I was still talking, then the other cashier told me that their location doesn’t install headlights, when I witnessed someone getting theirs changed the day before. I returned my headlight and left I’m Never coming here again I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Employee vaping while assisting me. Another employee had plate of food at counter by the register. Not any pride in their job. Not cool.

I cannot express enough how James the customer service rep. Went way above and beyond to assist me with an issue I had with my battery. I did purchase the warranty on a battery I bought back in July but for some reason It wasn't pulling up in the system. I did have the receipt however, it was at home in Austin and I was in Cedar Park. James diligently work with me to resolve the issue. He even came in on his day off to fix the warranty problem. Not only did he have attention to detail he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He did replace my battery in the end and had me on my way. Thank you so much James for the extra attention you gave in this matter!

I just want to say that Usually the Autozone I go to are rude and dont acknowledge you when you walk into the store but this Autozone As soon as i entered they was on it . The Assistant store manager Fayth actually took the time to help me look for the correct battery as well as put it in for me . I appreciate the hard work . I willmost definitely be back and I'm telling all my friends about the excellent customer service.

Probably one of the unfriendliest auto parts stores I have ever dealt with. Was helped by the most rude black lady that acted like she was doing me a favor helping me. Then sold me what looks like used brake pads. I always try to use local shops for parts but will just order online from now on..

They were too busy on a personal call or talking about quitting time to help me. Literally refused to help and just kept pointing to where they “thought” the item might be. Save your money and go to o’reillys.

Employees were extremely, extremely helpful in helping me get my brake light replaced, and Mike gave much more help than expected to help me get my keys back out of my locked car! If you need an auto parts store that will make you feel like you're in good hands, THIS is the place to go

Maybe this is an over-rating, but I was especially pleased with the prompt friendly, and accurate service for the simple purchase of a single part. But the comparison is to a different auto parts store which had sold me the wrong part.

Timothy and his staff were so kind and helped me read the codes my car was throwing. While have a look under the hood to help.with changing an air filter, recognized my coolant reservoir was missing a hose. They promptly went back in to get the right length and help install it, explaining what it does and making sure everything was secured. Great team work, customer service and you can tell they care about the safety of them customers. Thanks to all of them I was able to get where I needed!
