Worst branch in the whole Telco.. Absolutely horrible staff who are completely incompetent and have no idea what they're doing or how to treat people right.

Overall I’ve had a positive experience with his bank of it banking with him for several years my wife and son have an account with them too, they’re not 100% perfect but compared to Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo etc. It’s a much better experience. Credit unions are non profit so that’s plus for me as well.

waited 45 minutes with NO help from other lanes. So unprofessional and an extreme waste of time. Our family will be changing banks.

I am closing my account with this bank. I became homeless and no longer have a physical address to receive mail. They have been charging me $10 Everytime mail cannot be sent and refuse to remove the charges. They insist their policy is you must have a physical address. Theft from the poor and homeless. Pathetic. Do not open an an account with this bank, they act friendly at first but they are just as bad as the big banks like Wells Fargo.

Opened an account for handicapped wife and self. Office used wasn't big enough for her wheelchair. 1. They got my email wrong 2. They got my SSN wrong 3. I couldn't get my initial $1000 deposit back for nine business days. Never mentioned that when we signed up. 4. They didn't explain the BASE ACCOUNT # is the checking account number less the first 3 digits. Without that number you can't get your balance on the computer. 5. They didn't explain there was a Telco Teller account where I could get the present balance by dialing the number+my BASE ACCOUNT #, plus my password 6. Said all checks were free but charged my account for them anyway. Their reason was the accounts were Trusts not individual accounts. Never mentioned that when accounts were opened. Handiapped people often have their accounts in Trusts. 7. Web site states they are open on Saturdays but do not clarify only the drive through it open. I had considered having our pensions automatically sent to Austin Telco but after all those foul ups no way. (I never had problems like that with nay of our previous credit unions: Pentagon Federal, Navy Federal, USDA Federal credit unions. It is a real shame because they are much closer to our home.
