They need to be equipped to provide overbilling refunds to affected customers. We had a situation where company bullied customer here and said we should have been notified of a change in policy; documentation proves otherwise. Highly don't recommend the current ATAT. T-Mobile/Verizon seem more adept with customer situations like this and don't defraud current customers.

Carolina was so kind and greeted me so warmly. I felt to acknowledged, seen, and felt super optimistic about the visit. No less than five minutes Amanda assisted me in switching my service. And gave me all of the information needed to move forward.I want AT&T to know those small gestures can make the difference in someone's day. I didn't have the most pleasant day, plus it was raining lol, but that great experience at AT&T made it seem like it was it was a sunny day for me. I will be sticking with AT&T for a very long time because of this in-store experience!Please acknowledge Amanda and Carolina for the great experience they provided at Cedar Park’s AT&T store.

Talked to Ms. Amber. Honestly, I wish we had more people like her around here. She’s soft spoken and did her best to help me. She was very honest and walked me step by step and made sure I knew what I was getting myself into! It definitely reassured me to continue services. I’ll be coming here from now on when I need anything. Also, I didn’t post 5 stars only because AT&T could do better. But every star given is thanks to Amber. Ask for her if you’re in town!

Forced to give a 1 star when they deserve none!!Absolutely worst customer service experience!!I check-in and wait in their little queue for over an hour. It’s a walk-in service so it’s kinda expected. But I don’t even know why they have a queue because they pick and choose who they want to service. For example, I’m next up in line and the service representative that comes out picks the person that’s #7 in line!! They need some type of formal training so instances like this don’t happen again!!I finally get called from someone who just got back from their lunch and because my license was expired, she couldn’t help me!! She suggested that I call customer service myself to get help. I asked her if she could at least call customer service so that I can get verified and she simply said no.Again, absolute waste of time!! DO NOT WALK IN…MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!
