I have nothing but good things to say about this body shop. I chose them to completely repair my 2020 Lexus 350 RXL after the mega hailstorm in September 2023. They did a fantastic job. Not only that, the regular status updates and communication throughout the repair process was top notch. They worked with my insurance company and made the process easy on my end.

They said that they would not even look at my car for a quote until April. Worst customer service I've seen so far. Quoting and working on something are two different things I could easily wait tell April for work but waiting that long just to have someone inspect car is crazy.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever received. They completely took my car apart before it was ever signed off. They were rude and I had to fight with them to get the estimate, ON MY CAR!!!! I will never do business with these incompetent people again. Worst experience of my life.

Classic Collision recently repaired our hail damaged truck. They communicated well throughout the process and made sure we got quality parts and labor. We picked up our vehicle yesterday and it's like new again! We are grateful! We hope we don't need their services again, but if we do, we will be back!

Lauren has been extremely polite and helpful with my car during this entire process. Extremely professional and kind about the whole thing. I wasn’t able to grab my belongings out of the car today and the tow truck was going to come tomorrow. Lauren offered to grab my things out of the car and have it ready for me to pick up tomorrow. I pray god blesses her and the company realizes what a great employee they have. Thank you Lauren!

Classic Collision was preferred by GEICO for minor bumper repairs. Check-in was a breeze, I received daily updates on the status of my vehicle, and the vehicle was completed one day before the original estimate. Check-out was just as breezy as check-in. Staff was great and the repair looks great! Highly recommend!

I brought my car into Classic collision at a recommendation of friend. The very young ladies at the desk and staff in back were very attentive at first. The follow-up while they worked on my car was good. They are very busy, so I can see how the tension could get risen as the front desk attempted to ensure quality care to each person waiting in the lobby. It took some time for me to notice after my car was repaired, until my son visited and drove my car. He let me know, my mirror on my driver side was not working. I know it was working before I took my car in because my son was visiting driving my car only a week before I brought it in and I had to return the mirror in position for me to drive. Also, some of the new pin striping is missing which my son pointed out as well. So I called Classic Collision to tell them. I was told the work is under warranty for a year. When I explained the issue to the person on the phone, the person answering the phone told me that Edwin said, that they didn't touch the mechanism for the mirror but they would look at it anyway. And I should come in on Thursday. Just the dismissive attitude I received in itself, I will not return to Classic Collision. The mirrors wiring mechanism could have been detached while pulling the weather stripping. To automatically assume no liability, I rather go elsewhere. I now do not trust Classic Collision to touch my car. There are too many options to get treated like this.

I didn't pick Classic Collision, but the person who rear ended me had State Farm, and this was their preferred repair shop selection so there my vehicle went! I was greeted and scheduled my vehicle drop off once insurance okayed the appointment and estimated repairs, refreshments and snacks in the lobby, free Wi-Fi, all the works. Rental car places Enterprise and Hertz are just down the street a 5-10 min walk which is convenient if you don't want a scheduled ride pick up.Meredith has been the go to in communication with my vehicle in repairs, the estimated cost, wait time and all that jazz. Even better is they will text updates and you can reply instead of playing phone tag hell! I am reeling from vehicle repair headaches from the collision and how I was involved but Classic has been so helpful and made a painful event less stressful! I can't wait to get my car back and vroom vroom in my own ride again!Updated a day after I wrote this review: Meredith told me my car was ready 2 whole weeks ahead of schedule and it looks just as new as the day I bought my car! Breezy and a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Headed out of town next weekend and I'm back in my comfy ride like nothing ever happened!

My parked vehicle was involved in a hit and run and I called several auto body shops around town and they all were quoting me 1-2 months out just to look at my vehicle and give me an estimate. I was able to locate Classic Collision as an approved vendor with my insurance and it was all up from there! I was able to get an appointment for an estimate within 3 days of initially calling and they immediately started the repairs that same day too. My car was in the shop for less than they originally estimated, so I was able to get it back in about 4-5 days total. The customer service was immaculate from the time I called in to the time I picked my car up! The front desk girls were so nice, the person I worked with the repairs was kind and informative too. My favorite part was being informed about all the phases my car was in via text so I was kept in the loop all along! When I picked up my car I was speechless because it looked incredible and the entire process was so quick, smooth, and painless! 10/10 recommend you trust this shop! I cannot praise them enough!Services: Painting

If you want to to work with a collision repair shop that will give you peace of mind, be on top of things, and get it done quickly and with no hassle, DO NOT GO TO CLASSIC COLLISION CEDAR PARK. I've been dealing with these folks since January and still don't have my car fixed. Problems that I have experienced:- Horrible communication. They struggle to answer the phone, and they are horrible at communication via email.- Ordered wrong parts- Lack of keeping notes about each situation.- They'll put on hold for 1hr plus. If they can't seem to figure out your situation, they'll send you to a full voice-mail boxOverall, plain incompetence and bad training of all people in the front desk. They seem to not know what is going on half the time. Save your self the stress and go somewhere else.

My reviews r taken down . I will continue to tell the truth. Huge unnecessary delays. One of many delays occurred before the 4th and was pushed out another 2 weeks. Mixed up messages…”your car in near completion” only to find dingbat up front got it wrong. Missed a whole area of paint. Discussed w Meredith having trunk latch looked at. She did not and she hid in back when I finally did get to pick up vehicle. They cut corners wherever they can. For example,; I was left with gas tank next to empty for drive home. Really now? Where is the pride in workmanship? Ladies up front are rude if you call them out on their ineptitude.If you want slow half a::Ed service, this is the place for you.
