I cannot say enough good things about Classic Collision! I had a wonderful experience! Keith is absolutely THE BEST! His kindness, expertise, and communication were truly above and beyond! I knew when I dropped off my car that it would be in good hands! The repairs were perfect, and everything was wonderful from start to finish! I definitely want to give a huge shout out to Keith! Highly recommend Classic Collision for any repairs you are needing. Amber was awesome and worked in tandem, seamlessly, with my insurance company to get my truck fixed. All of the employees at this shop were kind and helpful throughout the whole process. 5 stars!

Over a 10 year timeline, I’ve had 2 cars repaired by Classic Collision. On both occasions the quality of care, attention to detail. Top tier customer service by far surpasses other collision businesses. Keith made sure I was up to date on the status of my repair & when I picked up my vehicle it was spotless. I was impressed. Repair was not overpriced and I felt confident in their service. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service. These folks only care about getting you in the door. Decent body work. I would find another shop for your repairs. No parts were ordered until after I dropped my vehicle off. (They had estimate from insurance ahead of time) Poor communication from coordinator and the service manager was confrontational and did not exhibit any customer service. Finally got word to pick up my truck on the 30th day. During the process I drove to the back yard to look at my truck. They had the doors off and it was just sitting outside in the sun with no cover during the extreme Texas heat and weather this caused the vinyl on my dash to warp and fade. (My sun visor was in my back seat laying on the back seat, lol but their Techs could have cared less)
- wrong Z71 decals applied back to tuck after work was done was wrong color not the ones that came on my truck originally.
- 1" blemish under clear coat on paint - Insurance advised me to sch. time to go back so they could fix this. I did not want to go back for them to waste more of my time.
- After I got home and checked Classic Collision failed to install 2 out of 4 running step brackets on the bottom left side of side steps.
Notes:
I called front desk to express my concerns with the owner, but receptionist advised me he was on vacation.
I gave the front desk the insurance check, but I didn't sign the check...it didn't matter somehow they cashed insurance check without it even though I disagreed with repairs! Be carful what you sign when any business hands you something to sign.

I wanted to take my car in for an estimate. But they can not do an estimate without repairing it at the same time. I only want an estimate. Will not work with someone trying to push me into repairing without an estimate!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this body shop. I chose them to completely repair my 2020 Lexus 350 RXL after the mega hailstorm in September 2023. They did a fantastic job. Not only that, the regular status updates and communication throughout the repair process was top notch. They worked with my insurance company and made the process easy on my end.

They said that they would not even look at my car for a quote until April. Worst customer service I've seen so far. Quoting and working on something are two different things I could easily wait tell April for work but waiting that long just to have someone inspect car is crazy.
