I just had a security guard try and accuse my husband of stealing sunglasses then after realizing that the glasses were not even a brand they carry he turned his rage to me and accused me of stealing then search me and my whole purse only to find nothing and aggressively threaten me and tell the cashier not to sell me my soda after he had been so extreme I started to cry and he laughed told me he was calling the cops for me trespassing and forcing me to leave the store while reporting my license plates…. I dint steal anything he didn’t apologize for the false accusations instead he abused his power to intimidate me further… I’m completely baffled that when I asked the cashier if he was going to allow this he just looked at me… I will be doing everything in my power to bring this to the attention of the correct department this is not expectable behavior BEWARE OF THIS GUY HE IS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND VERY LARGE

I just love how something is 99 cents and they just keep your change without asking. I'm sure they make a healthy profit by robbing the customers by doing this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No customer service, charges you for upgraded gas regardless. They don't care if you bring it to their attention. I will never go to this place for anything else. Just horrible service

Had to repeatedly ask for smokes because the cashier could not stop his phone call to help me. Will never come here again.

Hello I'm not 100 percent thins is the same store but I had my daughter walk into this 711 to get her self something she had gotten too she needed ten more cents my child handed her a nickel she pushed a way her hand and took two dimes from out of her hand my child did not say anything and walked out I'm not saying I want a refund or my money I'm saying just because she is a child DOSENT mean you take advantage of her the worker had a nose ring orange hair a scarf just pay attention to your children in stores.

Do not get gas at this store!! Their pumps have credit card skimmers on them. I purchased gas from them and 30 minutes later someone attempted to use my card which was in my possession less than 30 minutes later across town at H‑E‑B.

Went in to the store for coffee. Did not see a worker at all. The iced/hot coffee dispenser was out. We went to the other side of the coffee bar where there was brewed coffee. We fixed our coffees and commented on not seeing any worker at all. I said, "HELLO." Then I hear a very close response and noticed someone sitting on a chair behind the pizza area. Then I decide to grab a slice of pizza. At the counter the guys says the pizza is not for sale. Pizza sales ended 2 hours ago. He rings up our coffee, we pay and leave. This is rude and extremely LAZY!!!

I hate to say I have had macarons at a gas station but I have and they are great. The employees are fabulous. I prefer here and another over a couple of the other gas stations around me but never in my life did I think I would buy those at a gas station

This is by far the worst 7-Eleven I’ve been in. The guy only talk to the female in the store. Also, the carbonated soda water was connected to un carbonated drink selection. I can go on and on about this experience I did not like the way I felt when leaving this particular establishment. I really did not like the way this guy seem as if he did not give a.F$@# about my concern when I asked him about the drinks.
