Horrible service!! I couldn’t deposit a check and my son couldn’t cash a check or write the check over to me so I can cash. They were rude and the branch manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. When asked for her business card and info she didnt want to give it to me. If you have a check that was sent to you done through Wells Fargo, you should be able to cash the check at any Wells Fargo even if you don’t bank with Wells Fargo. Maybe another location has more common sense?
