Went to the auto center at the cedar hill Walmart for tires. The automotive office told me they had the tires l needed..... he even went back and visually checked. I pulled my truck around and got in line. After waiting 16 minutes, l got to the front of the lounge and the man who does the work told me they didn't have the tires l was told were there. Waste on my time. Poor or nonexistent staff training.

It’s a Walmart. You go, you buy, you check your own self out. The only thing good was my wallet fell out of my pocket in the parking lot, someone actually turned it in with everything in it and even the employees didn’t steal anything/

"Customer Service is CLOSED"
What????? Walked in at 3:15 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon with my return. The greeter stopped me and told me Customer Service was CLOSED. What??? I had him repeat himself to make sure I understood him correctly. No mistake, He said Customer Service is CLOSED. I didn't even think that was possible during normal working hours. Don't they have a Shift Manager? If somebody called in sick, at least the Manager should do it themselves if they can't find somebody to fill in. This isn't some small mom and pop operation. Find a way to get the job done or get replaced with somebody that can.
Unacceptable.

Omg this has to be the worse place to shop ever . No one will help . Then they have 2 people on the register. Because they want us to go to self check out. The is freaking ridiculous . U don’t see how they have 4 stars . They have all one stars

Zero stars is the rating!! Left my LV purse in the shopping cart and it was turned in by a good citizen. When I went to retrieve it I was told it was not there, which means an EMPLOYEE STOLE IT! When reported to management no one cares! You better believe if they are stealing from customers they are definitely stealing from the store! Worst customer service ever. I would not dare shop at this location!

The black people are outright embarrassing. They have the worst customer service here. Do walmart not care who they hire? I'm black and hate to get serviced by black people here. It is so sad! The oversized lashes and quick weaves does NOT improve your appearance when your attitude is atrocious.

My wife took my car yesterday to get the oil changed. Today I went to install a new air filter and cabin filter and noticed they closed the hood with the support brace still hooked on. It bent the CRAP out of it. We had a hard time getting it out. Now my hood won't stay up, cause the arm is bent. And of course no one will answer the phone at the store. Rang for 5 mins and no one would answer.
