We had a great postal worker in the 75054. Now there isn't a permanent person. But there is one particular female worker who is lazy and won't do package pickups. Even though I get notifications that my packages have been picked up. I can't stand lazy people.

She didn’t let me answer “cash back” she answered for me. So I was not able to get cash back. Not a big deal but annoying.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE!!! I have the pleasure of dealing with. Paid over a $100 for 2 boxes to get to Cali and neither one made it on time, plus they were damaged!!! You always have to stand in line when you go to this location. Not enough people working and I blame the whole postal service of course another Government entity that sucks, why is this? Why do most Government agencies suck and don’t have good service….like DMV amongst others! Get it together USPS it’s 2024!!! Absolutely no stars!!

I sent out 5 mother's day cards, all exactly the same with some butterflies inside. 2 delivered, 3 didn't. I took them in to the CH post office and asked the lady if this was enough postage and she said yes and took them all. I don't know which office refused this one but my mother lives right next door and hers delivered. This one returned wanting 3.64 more...seriously. I haven't received the other two back and wonder if I will get them back. Those butterflies are not cheap. Ruined my day because these were something special.

Customer service sucks! And the fat lady with braids up in a bun, a little light skinned is rude as hell! I guess that fat in her brain is affecting her judgment.I asked if I could ask a question, now granted they were closed but she could have answered me through a locked door. She screamed NO! No class! Ghetto! That’s who you have working with the public. If I could I would give zero stars but it’s not possible! Trashy!!!!!’ I’ll be contacting the post master as well. Trash!

My package was delivered stolen!! ?? I opened the mailbox and it was ripped open smh so whomever was behind the delivery at this post office took it smh and you guys are acting clueless as if y'all can't figure out who took it, it had to be one your workers and I am pissed!! It is a felony to open people's things and take them y'all should be ashamed

Ms.Nikki was THE MOST curtious, knowledgeable and sweet clerk I've ever encountered at this post office. She assisted me with my mail and had a smile the whole time. I took a chance coming out of way to come to this post office and I can say 100% that I would do again because of her excellent customer service.

Oh My God I cannot give enough praise and thank you's to Ms. Carol Guley for everything she did for me today. My name is Dorothy King and I was waiting on a very precious delivery today and was excited to see the mailman. When I approached him and asked if he had a box for my apt. number he replied he did not. After leaving and reading my email I discovered the item was indeed delivered so I went back to the mailbox and once again nothing was there. I contact the Cedar Hill Post Office and spoke to Ms. Carol who immediately contacted the gentleman and then notified me he would return to locate the item. Later, I received a call from Ms. Carol with Amazon on the call so they both could assist me. Ms. Carol informed me she was at the mailbox hub and was waiting on me so we could locate the item. After Amazon, myself and Ms. Carol discovered the item was not in the Amazon hub, Ms. Carol used her master key in order to open all mailboxes to find the item. My heart is so full and filled with thanks, grace and mercy Ms. Carol showed me as she went above and beyond to help me not because the item was so precious to me, but because she is an absolute wonderful human being. Ms. Carol if this review reaches you I would love once again to thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving people like you do!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!
