I usually go here and have a great experience, but that all changed the Friday proceeding Memorial Day. I left work a little early to arrive well before the salon closes at 7pm. When I arrived at 5:30pm, I was immediately asked to return the next day because there was no one to service me, which was a complete lie. Although there were other customers being served, there was no way possible their services would've lasted past 1 hour & 30 minutes. I was asked to return the next morning, which I replied no. It was the blatant intentional unwillingness to service me as the nail tech was removing her work smock for the day, and the tech who sits on the left just stared at me as if I had two heads. Needless to say I did not go back the next day, but instead was serviced at another salon around the corner. Do not patronize this establishment. They are ruthless and rude.

I had my wife done here by Linda, and it was excellent! In all out 16 years of traveling to new nail salons, this one was definitely the best not only in looks but value and durability. I couldn’t have had it done anywhere else! Specially Linda!

Kathy and her staff always aim to please. They do a very good job. They are also very accommodating and seem to appreciate the tips and referrals. The only negative is that the shop could be cleaner especially the floors and walls and bathroom. Maybe they can also do something about the bugs and flies in the salon as well. They are worth the wait if you are a walkin but making an appointment is best. Their prices sre very good!!Services: Sculpted nails

I come here once a month for a day of self care. I love the peaceful environment, cleanliness, kind ladies that work here, and the the unlimited services that they offer. My favorite people are Ms. Sue & Ms. T. Not that anyone else is bad; that’s just who serviced me and I just decided to stick with them. Color change. I have been going here for a few years and service keeps going downhill on every visit. The color options aren't up to date shades, always adding chemicals to the bottles, making them runny and changing color and quality. The armrests on chairs and lamps are very dirty, oily, sticky. They need brand new polishes with vibrant new colors! My manipedis don't last because of the lack of quality. I'm sorry, but this is goodbye.

sue over books and does not value customers time. if you schedule an appointment you end up waiting 20 or more minutes waiting. i have experienced this four times, not anymore going somewhere else, there is an abundance of nail spas in Cedar HillServices: Pedicure

I have been attending Ultra Nail & SPA for over 2 years. This Saturday, September/18, my daughter and I went to get our nails. I always do it with “Kate”, but she was busy. I ended up doing it with someone else. I just hated it. Super poorly done. The nail polish was full of polka dots on my nail. I complained while waiting for it to dry. The same one that did my nail again. But it still wasn't good! On Sunday my nail was already chipped. On Monday some fingers had already come off the nail polish. The nail polish comes off the entire nail. It even looks like a fake nail. I really don't understand what kind of service the girl did. Today I went to Ultra nail to complain and redo my nail, I went early, even before they opened. “Kate” was there, she said she couldn't do anything. So I asked to get new nails with her, she said she couldn't because she was busy. Busy as if there was no one there? I went to schedule an appointment, she said she wouldn't be available until next week at 3pm. WHAT? I'm feeling very upset with the poor service and quality of service. I got my toes, nails, & eyebrows done. I had 3 different ladies doing 3 different things. My toes, & eyebrows were done perfectly fine & I still have all 10 toe nails, but regarding my nails they did a TERRIBLE job. Within 3 days I had a total of 5 nails to come off & I paid $45. If I wanted my nails to pop off twice a day, I would’ve gotten press-ons.Services: Manicure
