Man at the front desk is rude, not friendly and very short with you. I always Have a good experience when the older lady is at the front desk she is very comforting and welcoming.
To him you are just a person, does not care to make you a returner.
Vee does my nails she is very good and quick. Richard is good and nice as well. Very friendly.
Hate going there when the man is there behind the desk his energy is bad! I am Considering going somewhere else just due to his customer service. But i love Vee and Richard that’s why they get 2 star ⭐️

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The owners are short, rude, dismissive AND aggressive! The energy is just not welcoming and the level of rudeness coming from the owners is crazy! Sad to say I won’t be returning

I really appreciate the love and kindness from the staff especially from the guy from behind the counter lol his Name is Mr. Z and I love and appreciate his help while going through the battle of my life he stepped right in and made sure I got taken care of so I could feel good about myself going back into the hospital to fight for my life! I want to say thank you to him and the whole staff and establishment
For all their support. It’s more than just nails for them they are family!!!!

They serve you alcohol for a reason. Absently can’t do feet at all. They need to turn this place into a men’s nail salon because they cater to the men better then they do women. I will never return. Pedicures took damn near 2 hours.

When I first walked in I kinda got an attitude from the guy behind the desk. Not a very good start.
My step daughter got a pedicure and the person doing it wiped the floor with the towel and then used it on her feet!!!!!
Then next the lady doing my pedicure kept talking and getting distracted with the person doing my nails. She ended up using the wrong color on my toes and kept saying it was okay! When it wasn’t.
The lady doing my nails V did an ok job but her machine died and while doing my nails and was rushing at the end.
Looking at the pictures of the inspo I wanted my nails don’t even look like that. Yet was charged $70

When my friend and I came in there to get manicures and pedicures Lynn, the owner , was at the front host desk and appeared to be overwhelmed and agitated. She also shared with another customer as we were waiting that she was very busy. So I guess she felt it was okay to take her frustrations out on us .When I tried to check in by asking a question of how to sign in , her delivery was very rude and unprofessional. She tried to justify her behavior and words with saying “ I am not rude, that’s just the way I talk”. She also tried to further instigate and incite an argument so she could ultimately deny customers service as a bullying tactic to just sit and take her horrible customer service. This will be the last time I visit this place and just wanted to share my very disturbing experience.

Customer service from the front desk is horrible & the work itself is mediocre. The customer service alone is enough to make you want to spend your money elsewhere

Very good ambience & energy. They are polite and each host /tech there wants you to be pleased and to feel good while you are there. They have great complimentary drinks on offer. I loved the way my nails and feet look after the visit and I came away feeling relaxed and happy. I highly recommend Ruby for pedicure. Reasonable prices too!

I've gone to you. Need nails and tan for over 10 years. Never fails Miss Lynn. Sweetheart the son he does not play. He's all about business. Aunt Linda and Tony top tier. My two favorites. I love it there. They always have me right. Love the people. Great customer service
