Came here because my regular nail salon had a long wait. Would not recommend. There was only two other customers there but my nail tech still rushed so much. She was so rough and cut my big toe and made it bleed. I had tiny cuts on my other toes that stung when she sprayed alcohol on them. I told her she was being rough and she never apologized. I still tipped out of courtesy but definitely will not be back. Now I know why it was empty on a SATURDAY.

This will be the last time I come here. They are so rude and rush through services. I believe the person that did my pedicure, is Lee and the whole time she was slamming the materials and just was unwelcoming. I really don’t write reviews. Only time I do to warn other people so they don’t waster their money on bad services.

I went in for a fill because my nails (3)were lifting. The tech that did my nails was very nice. She used a tool to clip away the lifting nails. My nails were fine for a week, until they began to produce fungus. I ended up going to my original nail shop to get my nails soaked off. More of the story is don’t cheat on your nail shop.

I was not satisfied with the level of customer service offered. I was told that they could not add additional services to my experience. Manager was not willing to accommodate my requests and I felt severely dismissed. I would not recommend a visit. We wondered why there were not many people in the establishment. Now we understand better.

Very Rude and Impolite! The ladies here have horrible attitudes and customer service. Be nicer to your customers. I do not recommend this nail salon. Salon was empty and I see why.

Went in for two manicures and pedicures. Really enjoyed the service and the color options along with the types of pedicures offered. The ladies were really friendly too. Inside was clean and it was relaxing and chill. Would definitely come back and recommend.

They do good work on nails but the nail tech is extremely rude. She told me I could not get a new shape on my nails unless I get a new full set. If you get a fill you can’t get a different shape. She stopped doing my nails and let the lady that did my pedicure finish my nails and as I was talking to her about their so called policy on the nail shape I wanted, the other nail tech butted in and yelled at me that she already told me I am not getting a new shape so we ended up in a disagreement. Good work horrible customer service by the main nail tech. She does not have people skills.

This was my first time going there and this will be my last. I was the only customer the whole time I was there, yet felt extremely rushed. I left feeling frustrated instead of relaxed. The tech wasn't pleasant or kind, she was very short and to the point type of person but my complaint is that I asked for a mani and their version of a mani is clipping your nails and rubbing oil for 3 seconds on each hand. Very disappointing to say the least.

Treatment was rude when asked about available service for mani-pedi. She did not even look up at me when speaking. Most annoying is even if you call them first thing in the morning they do not answer the phone. I used to go here and the service was so good and they were kind. It was a daughter and mother. Maybe that has changed? Either way I won't be going back.

I had the worst experience here! dont go! I had a young lady do my nails and she kicked me out of her chair and even said a bunch of rude things shes was so entitled because i asked her to fix one of my nails (didnt like how she painted my big toe) , she said she didnt want to continue my pedicure that i ask for so much and then proceeded to remove my polish and she expected me to pay when she didnt paint my nails. clearly no kind of customer service!! I wont go into detail on everything she said but very rude i payed and she got upset when i didnt tip her after how she acted towards me. Just horrible service ive never been disrespected like that before.

They are so rude and in a rush idk if they have someone timing them on their service. I got a nasty nail infection here so bad even a round of antibiotics didn’t help had to get the whole nail removed. I had never gotten a nail infection anywhere or an ingrown nail. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Horrible work and very rude!! I was only one in the salon, no customers and I see why!! Please don’t go to Top nails in Cedar Hill! I wasted $100! I’m furious!!!
