“Walked into the store for the first time ever and received a warm welcome from Bob. I was immediately treated like family and he made sure I had what I needed, including offering a wealth of knowledge about pipe tobacco blending and offering detailed suggestions and samples. I later had a chance to meet Stephen and a group of us in for the Texas Pipe Show enjoyed a few hours of banter, smokes, beverages and extremely welcoming hospitality. Every single one of us, though we hadn’t been in before, was treated like family and the best of friends.
