If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. My mother ordered a dress from your company for her 80th birthday celebration. Dress has been paid for and she was assured that it would arrive on time. NOT SO….. today 5/18/2024 is her birthday, which is TODAY. She has not received her dress…. Disappointed and disgusted to say the least. No call back no explanation.This order was made in March 22,2024 and should’ve been shipped on May7, 2024. On May 10,2024 my mother received a call from your place seemingly upset. It wasn’t until May 14,2024 @ 4:15pm. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE

My experiences with her have been impeccable from day one when she answered the customer service line when I called to place my first order. She has made many pieces for me and I am always pleased with the quality and results.

After looking over the REVIEWS thoroughly I understand the ONE stars that are given, Tawni is not flexible at all when it comes to the variables to custom clothing! In my case, my items were ordered in December's holiday season, therefore it was not shipped out until January 3rd, SUPPOSEDLY express (Got a confirmation email with tracking number)! January 14th, 2024, still I hadn't received anything, and the post office was reporting that they were aware of the tracking LABEL was created, but they had NEVER received the package ? identified with that label ?! Contacted Tawni directly through FB messenger, it turns out the package never left her facility in TEXAS! My position was, that's not a problem, every business has hiccups ?, so finally after Tawni made sure my package went out of her facility, I get a notification of expected delivery Thursday January 18th 2024 by 9pm, which DIDN'T HAPPEN! Tawni was notified, so finally Saturday night, January 20th my 2-day express package ? arrived! I notified Tawni of the arrival, but the size was snug, (the garment was NOT CUSTOMIZED) just her standard sizing! Tawni immediately let me know the Christmas sales are FINAL, and she was totally livid at that point ? ?, so I was very apologetic and didn't mean any harm after I was able to work with HER through her company's hiccup, but she couldn't work with the customer's hiccup! At this point if the reviews could give TAWNI HAYNES a zero, it would be well deserved ? ?!

I have been a Client for over 10 years and since Day 1 of meeting her, Tawni's service has been impeccable!!! I have tonnnssss of custom pieces by her and I adore them all.....Tailor-made for me! Most recent experience was today (1/20/24) where she had my garment pieces sent via Uber to ensure I received due to our hectic schedules. THIS business IS top notch in my mind!!!

Tawni literally saved the day for me! The dress that was made for me by another designer was a total fail and I only discovered it one week before my daughter’s wedding! I called Tawni Haynes and she made it happen! I came in second only to the bride! Lol!

I’m giving a 1 star only because her response was quick and the shipping was fast. I won’t bash her but I’ll say i have wallets that cost more than the outfit I purchased so $$ isn’t the issue. I’ll never purchase anything or recommend her to anyone.

I absolutely love Tawni Haynes Apparels. The clothes is amazing, the customer service is amazing. I've been a customer for several years and the clothes last a long time. She will take you out of your box, when she's done you will walk in a room turning heads.
