My Service Writer Oz Lopez, along with all the other Service Writers, were excellent communicators among customers and themselves. A month after car body work was done, the craftsmanship of this repair is excellent. ATTENTION: if you are paying cash for your body work, a 6% surcharge is added to your credit card. Money orders DO NOT have to pay this surcharge.

I'm not sure how these people have a 4.5-star review, but they tried to scam me out of some money. They also tried to scam a friend of mine. The quote to repair minor damage was stupidly high, they took cash to fix the small damage, and THEN they called the insurance company to make a claim to get even more money. This business is shady and I DO NOT recommend anyone coming here.

They we’re so nice upon arrival. They are very understanding. You can’t even tell that my vehicle was involved in an accident. The work is so clean. I would definitely recommend superstar collision and I would definitely return.

Ozz was excellent in helping me and keeping me updated on my Solara being repaired. Repair time was extremely quick and the work is well above spectacular! If I ever need a body shop repair work on a vehicle they will definitely be my choice. Then replaced my battery that had went bad for me.

Superstar Collision is the epitome of Customer Service and Quality work… in my opinion.
From the first encounter with my Mr. Ozz Lopez I was pretty sure that everything would be great! You see, first impressions speaks volumes to me.
This was my first and hopefully the last time to file an insurance claim for damages on my vehicle.
Mr. Ozz Lopez was very patient with me. He advised me on steps in the process that the insurance company failed to tell me or maybe I forgot.😊 But nevertheless, Mr. Lopez was there for! He called me, texted me, and emailed me every step of the way on the status of my repairs. There was a bad storm that came through and slowed down the insurance company and sure enough, Mr. Lopez notified me. You see to me genuine kindness goes a long way. Not only was Mr. Lopez kind but every person in that office was kind. I believe the posture/vibe of a company comes down from the owner/ceo.
On the day I picked up my car , the temperatures were in the high 90’s , and right after work. Per usual after entering the office everyone greeted me with a hello and asked how could they be of assistance. Mr Lopez recognized me, stood up and began assisting me. First, by walking me out to my car, turned it on and started the A/C, then doing a quick walk around. We went back into the office, completed the paperwork and $$transaction.
The owner then walked into the office, spoke and I spoke back , and mentioned how hot it was outside. He agreed, asked me which car was mine, walked out and drove my car to front door for me!
I had a great experience with Superstar Collision and I will be referring anyone I know in need.

These guys are awesome! They really went the extra mile. The service was great. The repairs were extremely well done and fast. They even detailed the inside of my truck. I highly recommend Superstar. If your insurance is through State farm, consider yourself lucky. Able, who handles all State Farm claims, will take care of you.

What a great, professional, clean and friendly business! I booked a repair, they gave me a great quote (my dealer wanted to charge me $2500 and they charged me $357) - they accomplished the work much faster than I expected and the work is perfect. Very friendly staff too! I highly recommend Superstar Collision.

Due to an unfortunate incident I was searching for a place to get needed repairs done. Superstar was recommended by one of the top auto mechanics in the area "it's where I take my vehicles to get Body work done" he told me.
Ozz greeted me the day the car was dropped off and was with me every step of the process with updates on the progress.
Superstar restored my 2022 Dodge Charger to showroom condition. I highly recommend Superstar Collision and commend them on their professionalism and their quality of work.
