Appointment scheduling through the app. I have tried several times to use the app to schedule an appointment with several issues. The apps provides me with a wait time but by the time I get to the store and check in the time changes! Usually it is from roughly 10-15 mins to over an hour! Sport clips needs to rectify this issue ASAP.
Stylist: The appointment section on the app does not work.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect the first time I came to Sport Clips. A few months ago I was in a rush and the shop is close. I've been back for a haircut everytime since then. Each stylist is super cordial and very skilled. Just tell them what you want done and they'll have you in and out in no time. Caesar cut my hair today and he did an amazing job!
Stylist: Caesar gave me a mid-fade and took a little off the top. He asked me what I wanted, explained options and little details for style differences, and offered some other services without being pushy. Would recommend him to anyone!

Amazing experience every time I show up, and today my stylist Stephanie was phenomenal in keeping the spirit up and provided me with the cut I really needed/requested.
