I called to book an appointment for my daughter at the Cedar Hill Tx location for a back to school style almost 1 month in advance. KK booked the appointment for 2pm on a Sunday and asked me to send her a text with my name and appointment details we just confirmed. I did. We chatted and she was very nice. One week before my appointment she texted me to ask if we could move my appointment to 10:30. I said yes that would be fine. After that was confirmed I asked if she would blow out her hair and for price. She said yes and sent me the price. Yesterday, one day before my appointment I sent a text saying see you tomorrow, she’ll be washed as you asked and we’ll bring beads! KK sent me a text back saying “you never responded after I sent the price so I booked somebody else in your place” I explained to her that we were confirmed for the appointment originally at 2pm, with no discussion of price, and when she needed to change it I said yes we can come at 10:30 instead. Price was never an issue. She said if you can come in today at 3pm I can do it. I couldn’t, my sons birthday party was that day. But I could come in at the original time of 2pm on Sunday as originally planned instead. She texted me back awhile later asking what day my daughter started school. At that point I was so disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and customer service that I told her we would find somebody else. A simple text if she were unclear if I’d be there after we confirmed the appointment TWICE before booking somebody else in my place would have prevented this, and my daughter would have her hair done for back to school. At that point I wouldn’t even have felt comfortable with allowing her in my child’s head. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not know how to do natural hair at this location. If you have natural curls I don’t recommend this place at all. Someone needs to see where they get their license from and report that school. Never coming back.

I booked an appointment for 315 for just a simple cut . The lady never showed up ! This is the 3rd time I’ve tried them and it’s always something. I would give this place a negative score if I could … unprofessional!!!! I’ll never return

I scheduled an appointment for wash,trim and style with Victoria. It should have been $35.00 She called me from I'm guessing her personal number asking what did I want done because she was not coming up for nothing. I told her a wash and braid my hair down so I can put a wig on. (5 braids) She washed my hair wonderfully. She was nice and kept complimenting my hair. She kept telling me of different hairstyles to do next time. She said I will give me my card before e you leave. Text me ahead of time. We go to checkout and I notice she is pushing a lot of buttons. The $35.00 turned into $55.00. I respectfully asked for an itemized receipt. It just said miscellaneous. When I confronted her about what I booked and what I was charged she said because braiding down my hair was $45 and because my hair is longer than most. ??. This is a terrible way to do business. Crazy part is that you almost had a loyal customer and I was planning to tip.

Wonderful place. Customer service is awesome. My hair stylist Victoria did a great job on my hair and she was attentative, kind and very caring. I also loved there was no waiting I was seen as soon as I got there!

My hair appointment was scheduled for 12 noon however waited for a little over an hour before being seen. The stylist did a good job no water down my back as with a different stylist there before. My only thing is the over hour wait.Service: Blowouts
