I highly recommend the Sleep Number Store in Cedar Hill, Texas and their representative Samantha. She was very knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and patient as I tried out various beds. I am extremely happy with my Sleep Number bed. It has really made a huge difference in my chronic back issues. I would highly recommend the Sleep Number bed.

Sleep Number team at Cedar Hill did a great job listening to our needs and presenting information to help us with our decision on buying a new bed. I always felt they had our best interests in mind as Dedrick walked us through different options. It took 3 days for me to make my decision to go with Sleep Number, but Dedrick was steady and calm, always helpful. Samantha helped with some items after our sale, making sure we were taken care of.
I cannot say Enough good things about Sleep Number and their team! If I could, I'd give them a 10 star review.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They allow you to take your time through the purchasing process and do not pressure you into buying a bed that is over whatever your budget might be. My wife and I left the store with no regrets at all about our purchase and cannot wait for our new bed to arrive. I would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in a Sleep Number bed.

I tried returning an online order here and was blatantly lied to and turned away. Even before he looked up my order he was warning me that the “system” doesn’t always allow in person returns.
Then he finds my online order and said it was locked and he couldn’t do anything.
I called back sleep number help and they said I was lied to and this store should’ve been able to take the return.
Don’t trust these people.
