I have always gone to sims as a kid and this time was horrible. That made me just walk out. Asking the older lady "isn't it cold outside" With her response being if one more person ask me that I am going to flip it's just rude. After I asked how was her Christmas and she replied no your being rude and etc....So I walked my happy self out. You just lost a customer due to there customer service and rudeness.

Standard community convienance store. A little musty in there. Maybe because it's so old or perhaps some type of deep cleaning needs. But the staff is always so amazing and I love the unique beverage options. The feel in there reminds me of when I was a kid.
