The whole showing your receipt thing is very extra, especially when the security guard sees the entire transaction as he’s standing near you. I don’t like this new thing. I stopped going Walmart to get away from that. It’s like a violation of privacy. He literally watched as people paid and still demanded the receipt plus looked inside the bags. I’m baffled, I don’t,?but it seems like it varies by location. I was just in Austin and had no issues.

This store was disgusting and so was one of the employers. (Short Mexican lady)
Bathroom FILTHYYYYYYYYYYYY AND SMELLED LIKE CHITTERLINGS.( SEE PICTURE) There was no soap so I asked a worker that walked in if there was soap in the storage right next to the bathroom (It was)
She replied. “Idk I just clocked in ask somebody else”
Me: I didn’t ask you when you clocked in and I wasn’t aware you just got here.
Her: idk.
Just rude for no reason. She need to get in there and clean that filthy bathroom. It’s too early to have an attitude.

The store was so messy and unorganized. Couldn't find much for the mess. Especially in shoe department. It's ridiculous. Won't be in that Ross much.

Wait time in line is ridiculous! It shouldn't take a phone call from a customer standing in line to mention the excessive line with limited cashiers! If a manager would take a walk on the floor or look at the cameras they would clearly see. Terrible customer experience! Corporate offices a site visit is probably long over due. It's literally 23 people in line and from my call they added another cashier to make 3 cashiers. Where is the leadership? Even with employees call outs you still have to manage.
