( Long story) I simply call them, pay with the card that's on file, I set up the best day I'll be available to accept my delivery( meds must stay refrigerated) I pay the overnight Fed ex rate. I get it early in the morning and it's still cool from the ice packs. They are always friendly and efficient.”

Great people. I don't expect any staff to do what i can't do 2 help myself. Like know the pharmacy break times and know what meds have refills or not.My meds are filled on time. My meds are correct. It may be operator error, none the less it's annoying when I pre pay and am asked to pay again and be refunded once machine is operative. No every time!”

The prescribing doctor failed to complete the order correctly so the pharmacist was waiting for a response. On my 3rd time back to CVS the message had still not been responded to. The CVS pharmacist and pharmacy tech took the time to stop and contact the prescriber and obtain the needed information. Thank you!!!!”
