What a like about being a consistent customer. Here is the fact that Metro hires people that truly no phones and are not guessing or playing around with your phone and still don't get it right. I truly can respect the fact that the staff will get things done no matter what you ask. I'm not happy that an upgrade is the price of a regular phone. To me that is not an upgrade that's just buying another phone unnecessarily

I was there on Monday afternoon 5/15 /23 .The girl imet there was very polite.Ready to answer all my questions and necessary answers. She really knows her to attend to elders. Soft spoken.she really knows everything about phone.Hope ro meet her there again .

AMAZING STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, YESENIA NEEDS A RAISE that girl knows what shes doing , came here to help my mom since she has metro and yesenia helped us out got my mom a new phone, Never in 10 years have i gotten a great customer as i did TODAY. Will definitely be coming back, She makes me want to switch to metro just for her customer service.

Worst service EVER! Went in today 11/5 around NOON with my Iphone 13 to have my current Metro service transferred. There were 2 young women behind the counter. The one who assisted me was laughing, joking and playing around to the point that she wasn't paying attention and doing her JOB. After 15 minutes of fooling around with my phone she says " your phone is not reading the sim card and there is nothing we can do." I had no words. I took my phone and made my way to the other Metro Store in Cedar Hill next to Wingstop. The guy transferred my service to the same exact Iphone13 in less than 5 minutes!!! KEEP Metro by Wingstop /104 Beltline Rd. CLOSE 824 Beltline Rd it is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

Metro by T-mobile is a good company. I went in specifically to buy a hotspot. I inquired by telephone if I needed to have a mobile number with them before I came. I was told no. I'm glad I decided to bring my own device because when I got there I was told that I did have to have a phone line to set up the hotspot. This was a very frustrating experience. The staff needs some training bad. Yesterday I logged into my account for the first time and noticed that my name was spelled wrong on my account. So I had to go through the trouble of contacting them and asking that the do the proper spelling on the account. That was just icing on the cake.

The employees are completely clueless about absolutely everything. Even down to the most basic stuff. Save yourself the headache and go a mile down the road to the other one.

Bought a new phone and paid a fee of $22.93 for them to change my phone. They inactivated my old sim and didnt activate the current one. I MUST return because I have no way of contacting them. I had my mom call and they never even looked into the issue. My car is in the shop and I had to pay $15 in lyft fees just to get there the first time.
