Never again. The guy working today must have been having a bad day bc when I walked in, whatever was happening on his phone was more important. And when i asked if I should come back he doubled down on it by saying he was "checking the report".

Miya Miller was amazing on my phone call. She provided all the info necessary to help me make a decision that would work best for my family. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!!

There Associate named Ace was so helpful and has great customer service skills. DO NOT FINANCE A PHONE FROM METRO. For Metro to be owned by T-Mobile it is very disappointing and a ripoff to have a third party financing for the phones and to confirm it is a ripoff they penalize you for paying the phone off early. That financing company needs to be on the National ripoff report. Going to look into reporting them to the consumer protection agency. This is why I am giving three stars. Metro PCS should not allow a third party to be taking advantage of their customers.

DO NOT USE SMART PAY WITH THESE GUYS. They just want to make a sale and will misinform you. 90 day buy out has a 20% fee.UPDATE: From all the time spending with smart pay and dealing with the back and forth with you guys it's not worth it. Thanks for the offer though.

Went in for a new phone, then was declined service due to the pay-card that my company uses by a; Shaan.. whom then opted to tell me that i needed to use a diffrent card or pay w/cash and that it was store policy, but if i paid cash that he would take off an additional 5 dollars from my purchase? Wheres that policy @?? Im alright, thanks for the help Shaan. Ill be finding a different service provider whom wont decline my payment method because my card doesnt have a "chip", but instead would opt for a discount if i paid cash.. sumn aint right about this fella.
