“Good selection of clothes. Fairly well organized, but almost every rack had sizes out of order. Granted, it was close to closing, so this may not be the usual.There was a situation that the curtain to my fitting room was ripped open by another customer. Luckily I had pants on, but I was not fully comfortable trying in clothes after that. I am pretty sure it was on purpose for some ungodly reason, but the staff and management were very understanding about my concern. I do think this was preventable by not putting curtains for doors in the fitting room, but that isn’t something management can control. Just something H&M should change. I can’t imagine how terrible it would have ended had I not been clothed, or even worse if this happened to a child.”
“Shout out to Alexis, Gabi, and Jesse! They helped me out a lot trying to pick out an outfit. Didn’t really know what to expect when I walked in, but they brought me many clothes to try on and gave their opinion on everything. Overall I was very comfortable and pleased to shop there.”

I went in to make an online return that was sent with No receipt, she called the company directly and unfortunately was unable to make the return in store but had them send me a return label so I wouldn't have to pay shipping. As she was helping me she was also helping other customers so there wouldn't be a line and she speaks Spanish too. She goes above and beyond, will be back just because of her.”

People at the register thinks I have three kids but when I tell them I only have one and all of this is his??♀️I just recently brought him 12 pairs of shirts?.. by the way customer service is amazing and they helped us. “This is my primary Burlington location, and we shop here frequently. Overall, I find it to be decent, and I've noticed improvements in cleanliness and other areas.
I want to take a moment to specifically address the security outside of Burlington, as my review is long overdue. I will soon reach out to whoever oversees their security team, because the person they hired to work weekends during the holiday season truly deserves a raise.
I believe my daughter and I were followed from Arlington back to Cedar Hill, and we didn't realize it until we exited the store. We noticed a group of 4-5 young men laughing and looking at us as they were getting back into their vehicle. When we looked over, we noticed that security was sitting in his vehicle, facing them with his lights on. He was a true blessing to us, and I cannot go another month without acknowledging how much his presence meant to us. Whatever was about to happen, he is the reason that it did not.
I feel safe at this location, and I plan to call around until I find out who he reports to. Thank you so much for your service!”
