Brandy has the gifted hands to transform you into a new you. I had been natural for about two years and wanted to go back to my short cut. I was hesitant to go back to a relaxer, but we all know in order to get that polished look, it works better. Brandy offered a consultation with me and I decided to move forward. She delivered and did not disappoint. I LOVE my cut and she has truly brought me back to life. Thank you Brandy. You are a blessing.

I am a repeat patron of Mane and Groom. I was able to transition into natural styles without changing my salon. For my natural mane, Brittney has been my “go to” stylist. She is very knowledgeable about hair care and maintaining natural hair with products that WORK. She takes extra care to educate her clients on proper hair care techniques, products and styling, in order to achieve healthy hair. I’m never bored with my natural mane because Brittney continues to offer fresh options for styling and easy “doos”.

Mane and Groom vibe is different than any other place I have gone. Everyone in there are very professional with beautiful spirits. I had the pleasure of being service by Brittney she is an awesome stylist with a beautiful smile. She took the time with me and made me feel very comfortable and I was very satisfied with her work. I look forward to my bi-weekly appointment at M&G! Brandi has been styling my pixie for about 3-4 months. I get so many compliments on my hair! The ambience is positive and relaxing, and Brandi goes out of her way to ensure each salon experience is positive. Wine, water, juice, or a small snack is offered at each visit. Although Brandi is the main stylist, she is punctual and gets me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. One other natural hair stylist works alongside Brandi, and the other half of the salon is the "barber side" which is where Brandi's husband barbers. Overall, I am pleased with the atmosphere, service(s), and staff!

Nice place but the vibe is really strange. The lead stylist was very short and condescending with me even though I apologized for being 7 minutes late. Her attitude seemed to improve when she realized I was a potential weekly client. The barber kept looking over as if he was gauging or listening to my conversation with the stylist which made me very uncomfortable. It was like he was monitoring us. My hair was nice for about 12 hours and quickly reverted back to curly although I had had a relaxer. I won't be back for these reasons.

I stalked this place on Facebook and Yelp for months before I finally made an appointment. I had a great stylist for sew-ins but I wanted to start wearing my natural hair and try to find a style that I could wear better in this Texas heat. Brittany did a consultation before my appointment and helped me set some simple hair goals. She was very gentle with my fragile, damaged hair and gave me a cut that helped conceal the damage. I’ve been back to her 3 times and have had my daughter’s natural hair done there too. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and modern. Booking using the app is easy and the owners take great pride in their business. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

This is the Essence of Professionalism meets Style.When it comes to getting a haircut or as I like to say groomed this place is my only stop. I've gone to Ray for almost 4 yrs and as long as he's in the metroplex I'll be a customer.

Absolutely an amazing salon!!! Brandy is very talented and well educated on healthy hair. I relocated from Phoenix Arizona and I had several issues I was concerned with regarding my hair. And before I could even express my concerns Brandy asked me questions regarding my hair care routine, which was extremely surprising because stylist usually don't want to know your routine. This immediately showed me that she was more than a stylist. I was extremely happy with my service and my cut. Everything about this salon was top notch from the shampoo down to the cut!!! I'm so happy I have found this salon. It was a 50 minute drive and it was well worth the drive.
