Worst damn service ever. Everyone got lock out there rooms last night for a hour because the two ladies at the front desk lock there selfs out but what’s crazy is the people at the front desk started walking around letting me know that if your room not opening to come down stairs they gave everyone BUT BLACK PEOPLE a discount. DONT GO THERE.

I have had to stay in this hotel the last 3 nights due to power outages in my neighborhood. I am appalled at some of the things I saw in the rooms or didn’t see in the rooms. Last night by far was the worst night. Just disgusting!!
-No Coffee Maker
-No Ice Bucket
-No cups
-Had a phone but it wasn’t connected with a cord – So it was useless
-Toilet stayed running all night
-The AC was loud as heck and made noises all night
-No smoke detector in 223 – And the 1 I stayed in the night before had a band aid over the smoke detector
-Sheets stained with looks like semen
-Furniture was damaged, stained and just disgusting
-Towel Bar by the sink was missing
-Shower curtain was yellow (very aged)
-Blow Dryer was falling apart
-Pillows were flat and the other bed didn’t even have any
-Customer service was good Tuesday and Wednesday but the lady on Thursday night was just rude and not helpful whatsoever
I have stayed in many hotels through the years and this has been by far the worst one I have stayed in. I would be embarrassed to run an establishment like this. I might be a little more understanding if it was in a bad part of town but you can go right up the street and stay in a very nice hotel for the same rates they charge. I did email them and I am awaiting a response. I will update when I hear back them.

This place is HORRIBLE! The manager said he was going to refund me my money and never did! Do not stay here. It is filthy! It needs negative stars. The room we got wasn’t clean. It had hair all over the bathroom, stains on the shower curtain, fluids all over the walls, boogers on the wall, blood on the sheets, smelled like marijuana, the pool was green and locked, the breakfast looked old and stale which was cereal and expired milk, bugs crawling around room, and when you sat in bed your clothes became dirty. Don’t give them a card when you check in they will charge it before your stay is over. We left to a different hotel. We couldn’t stay in such a filthy place. It should be shut down!!! Awful just awful!!!! Don’t stay there!!!

Nice place to stay
Rooms: Clean
Nearby activities: Smoke house and cigar lounge is across the parking lot.
Smoke house gots yummy food and cigar lounge is always popping.
Safety: Very safe
Walkability: Fuel city is walking distance
Food and drinks: No room service, but you can Uber eat stuff, serve breakfast in the lobby, vending machines downstairs
Noteworthy details: People who are also staying there are very friendly.

I never heard of this hotel prior to booking here so I didn't have high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in the king bed room, non-smoking. It was a lot more accommodating than I expected. It was big & clean, combined with very reliable WIFI and an AC unit that kept the room nice and cool. Overall, the guests are either very quiet or the floors and walls have great insulation. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. I highly recommend!

Although I paid $197 for the reservation, we(my family) arrived at 4:05 & no rooms available for reservation because they hadn't been cleaned yet. So we waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to get a room. There was no elevator, the hallways reaked of smoke even though all rooms were non-smoking. The hallway bathroom was completely out of toilet paper, paper towels, & soap. The breakfast choices were toast, yogurt, or 2 cereals. No muffins, bagels, pastries, fruit, certainly no waffles, eggs, or meats. The pool was filled with debris, & was advertised on priceline as an indoor pool, but was outside.?
And my wife had a dream she cleaned the room, & made the beds!?

Unless you really need somewhere to sleep and bathe overnight, please don't stay here. My dad and I had to change rooms twice because of issues in the first two. The first one had a leak from the other room that seeped through and left the carpet at the front door sopping wet. Then the second one had a leak coming from upstairs that was so severe that the entire bathroom was covered in water. Not to mention, my bed was absolutely filthy in the first room. The third room was just fine compared to those issues. However, the queen beds are dreadful so I slept in the twin that was semi comfortable enough. The TV is tiny for how big the rooms are. No microwave, and the mini fridge didn't work properly. Also, no breakfast unless your want basic cereal.
The only positives were the receptionist up front, the location, and the bathroom.

Was advertised as having microwave in your room, ironing boards and has neither. The "breakfast" is literally coffee cereal bread and juice. The rooms are filthy nothing has been picked up and cleaned so there's literal trash underneath dressers and night stands. Nothing was as advertised, mini fridge was gross, all around terrible experience.

One of best of best I was next door comfort in and they had audacity put me out for not reason at all so I came here next door meet some really understand people cause I had got evicted plus behind on some things and they understood let me in but just wonderful hotel location cedarhill nice but just wanna say good to meet people who understand you wonderful hotel trying get out my situation not tryna do forever but thank you for letting me in

Rooms: The rooms were nice, but it’s an older interior, with updated TV and USB ports.Walkability: There are a few really nice restaurants within walking distance, or car service for necessary longer distances.
