Mr. And Mrs. Williams are grateful for the great customer service and the support you gave. We were on the side of the freeway South due to debris fallen off and couldn’t avoid the metal piece sticking in the front right tire of truck. I used the State Farm app and requested a tire change. A company was assigned but no tire truck for a hour even though the app was showing a status update of company being near. I contacted Kris at Roslyn knight State farm to assist and Kris got AAA to assist in changing of my tire.
We came by to thank Kris in person but was unable to connect. So, thanks again Kris for being the of State Farm!!!!
