Fraudulantly charged me $800 for keys their staff took out of my hand and they claim they never got back. This occurred over a year after I left. Don’t live here, no perks to be had, only problems, extra fines and fees for work they barely do.

Today I accompanied my sister to this property and from the moment we arrived Maria advised us from start to finish. The apartments are very spacious, nice and cozy. We will soon be new residents in this community!

Customer service was phenomenal, covered all questions, very professional and welcoming. Showed me 2 different apartments, both very clean and was very thorough. RECOMMEND, ask for Maria!

If you are thinking about renting from this place please don't waste your time. People in the leasing office don't have a clue on how to conduct business. They don't take responsibility for when they make mistakes and they make plenty of mistakes.

Very disappointed in my experience living here. Too many issues to list. But just to name a few mold in unit, ac/heat only works in the living room. Maintenance request will be closed without the issue being resolved. Roof leaks when a/c is on. I’m getting frustrated just writing about the piss poor condition that my 1700 a month pays for.

MODIFIED REVIEW!!!BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!My Friend Lives Here FOR NOW! She Was Shortly Diagnosed With Cancer! While Going Through Treatment, Of Course She Would Become Late On Payments! She Continuously Kept In Communication About Her Illness, Intent And Try And Make Payments To Show Good Faith And Of Course They DID NOT CARE! But ALWAYS Made The Payments! She’s Was Also Told She Couldn’t Make Partial Payments. She Went To Court With THE FULL BALANCE And The Apartments STILL Refused To Work With Her! Even With Proof Of Her Illness AND Having The Money!I Would Definitely NOT Move Here BC They Are Not Good People Persons. She Even Had A Problem With What Was Portrayed As Racism By Staff That Is Still Employed! They Seemed To Be VERY INCONSIDERATE Of Her Having Cancer Treating It As If It Were Just The Flu! Can You Imagine Battling Cancer, Trying To Be Strong For Your Children, Still Pushing Through With Whenever Not Too Sick, Robbing Peter To Pay Paul With All The Other Bills We Have As Adults… To Being Evicted EVEN WITH HAVING EVERYTHING YOU OWE?! Not What She Should Be Worried About But Lol At The World Today! Not To Mention They Aren’t Even The Nicest Of Spaces! Unable To Receive Mail Because The Kicks Are Broken, Have To Have Their Mail Going Other Places! You Guys Should Absolutely Be Ashamed Of Yourselves! I Pray God Had Mercy On You And Your Family Members Soul. God Forbid Someone In Their Family Should Have To Suffer As Serious As Cancer.I would give this apartment complex NO STARS… but I had to give it a star to write review! BRENDA MORENO is VERY UNprofessional and seems very racist in how she handles potential residents and employees!My friend was to have a specific unit and move in date, when the move date approached it was not ready. They tried to put her in a different unit which she decided to keep original unit. When that move in date comes in she CLAIMED that the apartment was leased when I saw in the system that a lease needed to be generated. It just so happened that the tenant she was trying to give my friends apartment to is Hispanic (just as she is).The website was incorrect when it came to the amenities in the units which is false advertisement. My friend has been trying to move for a month now and has had NOTHING BUT trouble. Not a great first impression AT ALL. Not to mention she already had the lights set to be set up and money orders for what was discussed.NOW Demetrice…SHE ?? WAS ?? AWESOME! Very professional! Very courteous and went above and beyond.If y’all want to see continued success, I suggest you REMOVE HER because her work etiquette is trash! ??♀️.Just a piece of honesty from what I gathered. Beautiful property though.WARNING COMES BEFORE DESTRUCTION! She will bring the company down!!!I HEARD THE GOD ONES ABOUT TO QUIT…y’all better get her before BUSINESS GETS EVEN SLOOOOOOWER!!! ???
