Long wait. Incompetent staff. I had appt and they took two people before me. Made me check in twice. Lady at front desk didn't understand her job. I will not be returning to this location.'

I took my wife to get her blood draw at 9. She had scheduled online 3 days ago. Arrived at 9 and my wife checked in. She literally was there a full hour and 30 minutes and not seen at all. Went to the desk and they said she was not in the system. We received text that she was checked in. What happened to this place? To much turnover of employees! And by the way...there were several other people there waiting just as long. Not one person working there seemed to give a damn. No accountability at this place and no oversight. Sad to see this.

Made an appointment on line for 9. Arrived on time. Check in on line on time. I keep getting text they would see me next. Never call me. Went to the desk and she said she didn't see my appointment. What kind of mess is this. I will not ever use them again š¤ š

unfriendly staff. lab opened twenty minutes after it was supposed to, and when the employee finally wandered in there was no apology or anything for the ten people waiting outside. There was no way to call and see if anyone was in the back and when I tried to notify the company and find out what was going on. There was no way to reach anyone and even the Rate My Visit would only show me the location. Not give me any way to rate anything.

The ladies are super nice here but they need more staff because making people wait an hour for labs is very inconvenient.

I have to get lab orders for my mom so I couldnāt check in. I waited at the window for about 10 minutes before someone came to help me. I could hear them talking in the back and continued to say hello letting them know I was there. I recommend they hire someone to be at the window to assist ones with questions or different orders.

I do not recommend this location! It is the worst. Even with making an appointment you will wait almost an hour past your time. Every time I come here itās a long wait. A walk-in patient has been waiting almost two hours! No apologies and the staff had the nerve to say ā customers always have attitudesā to another staff member right in front of me. This place is a joke! Do not come here. Find another location. I will drive the extra distance, you should, too.

Atrocious service. Why have appts if itās gonna take an hour or longer past the appt time to be seen??? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have been using this location for its convenience. Over the past several visits in the last two years. The tech has shown up late , today was no exception. The hours posted say they open at 7:30. Today the tech showed up at 7:54 A.M. Checked in as normal. I was second in line and the tech has seen several people before I was called back for labs. The service at this location is less than subpar. Normally it takes less than 15 minutes for me to have my lab work done. Today over 30 minutes.

Never opened after lunch. No sign on the door. People were inside but they kept the doors locked and lights off.
