Got my oil changed and all of sudden, I needed my oil pump replaced. I have no clue what they are doing when it comes to a simple oil change.

When I arrived, I asked how long the wait would be. I was told that my car would be next.. after seeing everyone come & go (1hr) I asked how much longer for my car. I was told that as soon as the parts arrived, they’d complete my service. I then asked for my car back since my phone for work had died.. I was told that all of my parts had been taken off & that I couldn’t drive the car. No one told me before that I’d be waiting on parts, otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere. This is ridiculous & piss poor customer service. I ended up waiting 3 hours for a simple service. During this time me & my mother (who had to step in) were lied to by the front desk associate who time my mother to have me walk back from the AutoZone next door because the car was being let down. This was not the case. I waited an additional hour for my car. NEVER AGAIN. The front desk associate with long locs should be fired. I’m taking this to corporate.

They’ll make up extra charges and fess do not come here AT all. They will scam you if you use a Groupon. Been going here for years and I won’t be back

Bad! Dont waste your money! I had to go repeatedly about 5 time before they were able to get me in and do the alignment service that I had already paid for then when they finally did it I realized leaving that the car pulled badly to the right after they did the computer alignment I had it straighter it was going straighter before I took car they didn't do anything about it would not fix was worse off

Do not go here. They’ll repair your car with tape, won’t honor your warranty, dodge your calls and then charge you $400 for it. Don’t waste your time. And nope. Called you guys this morning and you told me there’s nothing you can do. I have the right location. Will not be seeing you guys again.

DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a vehicle in March. Came here for an oil change. They guy asked me if I wanted cheap or Synthetic. Clearly the dumbest thing ever when the manufacturer states Synthetic only. Before going here, I had my car completely checked before I purchased it. No issues. I rarely drove the car. It began to knock and cut off about 3 weeks ago. The check engine light came on same day they changed my oil supposedly. After my car began to tell me it was losing oil pressure, I purchase oil and put it in. Clearly not due for an oil change until September. No leaks. No smoke. Once I fill my car up with 2 quarts of oil, the shaking, cutting off as I drive, and the strange noises stop. Also no more check engine light. If you trust these people to touch your vehicle, I just don't know what to say. They are going to destroy your car. Because I rarely drive the car, my engine was not damaged. But it was definitely on its way. Don't trust these people to touch a PowerWheel!!! No way did they fill my car up with 5 to 7 quarts of the 5W30 Synthetic oil I spent almost 100 bucks on. Thank God I rarely drive. And I have sense enough to know about vehicles. You better not trust them. They don't deserve even 1 star at all. I don't know if it's intentional, but something is going on. I bet they don't even have Synthetic oil. I see why my dad changed his own oil!

DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS.
[Broke our new engine & Battery]
THIS PLACE SUCKS! We told them we needed something done with the transmission because it was leaking, they proceeded to tell us that the pan in the vehicle was crushed and that the radiator was cracked. We have no idea how this would have happened (seemed unlikely), but we gave them the go ahead to give us an estimate.
They then never called us back to give us an estimate. Days passed and every time we called to check they told us that we'd have to wait for one reason or another. Finally, we came up to come collect our vehicle (after a week) because it was obvious they weren't doing anything. They RUINED our brand new battery and refused to jumpstart it. I thought it was suspicious, but we went ahead and got it exchanged at Walmart (thank goodness for warranties). When we finally put the new battery in, the engine was making noises it never did before. The engine is less than a year old, we replaced it last year.
THEY RUINED OUR CAR AND REFUSED TO HELP US. No wonder they wouldn't jumpstart it! They were hiding something. I'm going to look into what we can do legally, nobody go here. They are unqualified and incompetent. Report them to the BBB.

I walked in Kwik Kar & Tune this Saturday morning thinking I was going to be here for at least an hour and I was in an out in 20 minutes and Eric is amazing! He promised me 20 minutes and that was exactly what I got! That is Service with a smile! Need an oil change and inspection? Come to Cedar Hill,Tx and ask for Eric!!!
