This should really be zero stars but Michael gets them one star!
Had a grocery pick up for 6p to 7p today. Got here at 623pm and as of 745pm Still waiting. Randy the manager was NO help not even sure why he is there.The young lady that came out to bring groceries to a car that pulled up after me said it would be 15 mins and that has passed. Finally got my order at 757pm. I do appreciate the young man that brought the groceries out being Very courteous and apologetic.

I placed an online order at this store on Thursday, 08-08, at 3:57pm for pickup Friday morning, 08-09, between 7 and 8. I then received an email at 4:56 am on 08-09 telling me my order was cancelled due to "an issue on our end filling your order." I did not check my email before going to the store for pickup, so I went inside to find out why they cancelled my $148.76 order. The female that was called to the front and asked why she cancelled my ENTIRE order gave the excuse that I ordered six 40 pks of water but the limit was three. I was royally ticked off. I went out to my car to check the ad and then went back in the store to speak with the manager. I showed him the limit per their ad was five for the special pricing but I also had an extra $1.00 off online coupon...and that's why I ordered six. Any other store would have filled the rest of the order and given me the option of accepting three rather than six...but evidently my business wasn't worth it to them. All the "manager" kept doing was apologizing but he never admitted that his lazy witch with a capital B employee was WRONG! I called corporate to complain, was given a $20.00 credit, and requested that they let me know what happens. I then drove to the DeSoto store where I spent $68.13 AFTER the $20 credit. They did not have everything I wanted/needed, so I placed another order with the Duncanville store for $60.65...and picked it up around 12:25. While I have had good experiences with the Cedar Hill store in the past, their EXTREMELY POOR customer service today will keep my business out of that store...even if I have to pay more somewhere else.

Today was my first time doing a delivery order. I was in need of food and currently my family only has one car. Their delivery service was top tier. Everything I had on my list was in my order. The driver was nice and helpful. Great service!!

Fantastic evening of shopping values. Pork roast were superb. Fruits and vegetables on point. Finished with Blue Bell ice cream. Perfect finish to a carefully planned trip.

From being on hold to having to call back just to be placed on hold once more because the pick up department can’t answer their department phone is crazy. When i finally got a hold of someone the lady had an attitude. After getting off the phone with her i tried going through customer service just for them to tell me to reach back out tomorrow morning because they are trying to get a hold of the pick up department and no one is answering! This is just flat out ridiculous!!!!

Very very unhappy how managers and employees acted today , I shopped for 167.00 stuff was with my old parents and before we came out the storm came thru , I had my umbrella some how made it to my car to bring the car in front of the door of Krogers to put my stuff and put parents in my car , but when I parked my car n tried to put stuff the manager black female said she should not park the car there , I looked at her n said excuse me I trying to put my stuff in the car in this pouring rain n concerned about why car is parked there ???!!!! Now days dogs would help a human when they see human struggling but human people like them were more concerned about why I was helping my self neither than they helping us people to get safely out of there . If you don’t know what humanity’ means than don’t work in that type of jobs . Very disappointed with krogers employees n managers . Not going spending my money there . That’s for sure . Side note I had parents who were 80 year old n if I bought my car to put my parents safely in the car than guess what I will continue doing that .

The last several times I have been to this location, there is not a single real checkout lane open, only self check. And the line for it stretches all the way down one of the isles to the back of the store. When I ask about it, they say they are short-handed. I understand that happens sometimes, but when it’s on ongoing occurrence, that’s a good sign that you need to hire more people.

We shop at this Kroger location every week for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience until today. One of the checkers, Jackie, was so rude and unfriendly to my daughter. This is very unfortunate and reflects very poorly on rest of the checkers.

Staff are nice. The store needs a full renovation. It is very dark and crowded. Prices are ok, but still high as in all grocery stores. My wife does not like to go there to shop. Wishing the store well. Still hoping for a full renovation.
