I would always order from kitty candy I loved the products, but I just had an issue where I ordered something back in July and still haven’t received anything. I emailed her about the situation I was told I was going to be sent a replacement and still haven’t received anything. Emailed her once again and still have yet to hear something back.

Saw the store name while driving by quite some time ago and was curious what it was.. I've been ordering and using their soap and other products for 2 years now. Customer service is always great. Sometimes I get a freebie or 2 with my order. I've even been contacted to have my package hand delivered to my home, talk about VIP treatment lol. Will continue to support this business!!

I love ordering online and was finally able to get the chance to visit their store location here today. I'm a truck driver and don't often have the chance to venture off route. I got here at 3:15 pm on a Friday only to find out that they were closed. When I tried to call the number on the door (same number on this Google listing) it went straight to a voicemail that hasn't been set up yet without ringing. The hours that were listed on the door were all rubbed off so I don't know what their actual hours are. Super bummed that I couldn't check it out today. Not sure the next time I'll be in Texas.
