There is absolutely no customer service in this store. It is well recovered and merchandised, clearly their focus. This is my fourth time at this location. I’m a district manager in retail and love this company but there is absolutely no service at this location. I’ve come morning, afternoon and currently now at 6pm and walked the entire store and not one employee even looked at me. Who is the mod? Where is the engagement… so disappointed. The store is beautiful and product sells itself but the volume could be so much higher if you serviced your guest… DM you need to speak to the GM!

Good selection of clothes. Fairly well organized, but almost every rack had sizes out of order. Granted, it was close to closing, so this may not be the usual.There was a situation that the curtain to my fitting room was ripped open by another customer. Luckily I had pants on, but I was not fully comfortable trying in clothes after that. I am pretty sure it was on purpose for some ungodly reason, but the staff and management were very understanding about my concern. I do think this was preventable by not putting curtains for doors in the fitting room, but that isn’t something management can control. Just something H&M should change. I can’t imagine how terrible it would have ended had I not been clothed, or even worse if this happened to a child.

Store is fine. My review is on the management/ employees.Disappointed and annoyed. As a long time customer, for an error to take place on their processing of a return/exchange was crazy. To process an exchange one way one day. Then tell you by management, that who ever did it was wrong. Okay, that's training issues. But now that I'm here and want an exchange and your cashier did it wrong, what's your solution?... oops- we can't do the exchange now. Since my employee did a return vs what you requested. I will need you to drive back, waste time/money, to do this exchange another day. The fact that mistakes were made on their part and never did they try to fix the issue is mindless. Crazy thing is they could have done my exchange, made the price adjustment on the item (as they did 11/28/23 and explained any return/exchange process for future reference.

Bad customer service from Sheryl, I brought a online order with receipt and it was a big order she didn’t like that she needed scan all the items, she even told me “oh this is going to take all our day” and she had a bad attitude, she then proceeded to get all the stuff out of the bag and scan it but to make it longer for me she started hanging each individual item and putting sensor on everything in front of me instead of just scan and do that after she was done with me.I told her if she could scan everything and then put sensors and hanger on each piece after she was done with the return and then she told me “No Can this is how it needs to be done because then it will just pile all up “ so I guess she just wanted to give me a hard time, I usually come to this store and spend a good amount of money there my orders where more than $1,000 I guess the done want this kind of customers here.I’ll make sure to call corporate as well because she could have handle the situation better. At the end I am the customer, I have work in retail as a manager on a store and you always try to make customer experience good when they are purchasing or returning.
