I have been here before and received good service purchasing a wig. I don't know what has changed but I was in there a few weeks ago to purchase a wig and we were told that we couldn't try the wigs on and if we purchased a wig we couldn't return it. What is going on here. This makes no sense. You don't know how a wig will look on you without trying it on. I agree with no return but I'm not going to buy without trying on. I've been to many beauty supply stores and this is the first time I've encountered this. To the store: help me understand this.

This store had exactly what I needed, and the customer service I received was excellent! The employee (possibly owner) knew exactly where each brand of what I needed was located, and they have such a variety on hand. Thank you!

I love goin into this beauty supply every worker is very sweet and helpful when i bring my daughter everyone behind the counter gives her candy and they are all just sweet and they dont make you feel uncomfortable

There's an employee named Uni (you-knee) she is rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I did bring this to one of the manager's attention he had explained that she has an issue with her English and is not aware that she is being rude? Needless to say her attitude remains the same. Which brings me to the bottom line; if you are a non- English speaking person it does not mean you get a pass to treat people any old kind of way. It's strange that being kind is considered to be a " English-speaking" thing according to the explanation I recieved. A person's attitude can sometimes determine the success or failure of their business. The other employees are friendly and helpful.
