“Initially when I started at -Ment fitness, using the 3-day trial , on day one (10/28) I was very intimidated. I had never been in a gym and had never lifted weights past 5 or 10 lbs. The only prior workout plans I had done was Zumba (which I absolutely ❤️) and hot yoga so you can understand where the intimidation came from ?, but I decided to go ahead and give it a try, besides it was free… right? And I had two more days to try it out.Well fast forward to the end of my first class, after that, I never went back to complete my remaining 2 days ….????, in my head this was too much for me and too much for my body, but after encouragement from cousin, great consideration and discussing my concerns with Brandon (the owner) I joined -MENT Fitness about a month later from that initial scare/intimidation ? (my first class) and haven’t looked back! ???Today (2/7/24) makes my 2.5 month anniversary with -Ment Fitness …Whoo hooo! 2.5 months ago you couldn’t have told me I’d be here … working out… lifting weights, heavy weights ??‍♂️at that, but I am!!! Yikes!!Since starting in November I can definitely feel and see a difference in my body and leg strength. After a month of attending classes I measured myself and realized I had lost 2 inches around my waist and hips in a month’s time, which was a major plus, because I really joined -Ment Fitness for my MENTAL health but quickly gained physical health as well!If you are looking for a workout regime tailored for your fitness success give -Ment Fitness a try!!Health is Wealth! ??Mental Health is Wealth! ☺️”

“Great atmosphere, very clean, wonderful desk clerk. The weekend desk representative was excellent and greeted us with a smile. Definitely felt comfortable doing my workout. The HydroMassage chair is awesome! I am only on day three but I feel very comfortable. I didn't know with the Black Card membership you also get a personal trainer. I signed up online and of course didn't read everything. I use to be a member years ago. So that is good to know. I may take advantage of the opportunity.”

“I LOVE FIT4MOM Cedar Hill! So happy I was invited. It has been the greatest motivation and a wonderful kickoff to a healthier me. I love that we get to bring our babies and sing and tickle them, all while getting a really good workout in. What a great idea! As mamas, we have to get creative at times and this is such an amazing way to get/stay fit and still engage our little ones. The community aspect is awesome too. I love that there are play dates and mom nights out. I also feel I have a great resource for advice. You really can't go wrong with Fit4Mom Cedar Hill. Love Love Love >3”

“So this place have been good to me, from workouts to the staff. Donavans energy during workouts was fantastic! He was always pushing me and giving everyone energy to go the next mile. I love Jonathan's boxing and technique class(wish they had more tech classes altogether) which helped me get sharper. Then Po's class was very explosive and his kickboxing class was great especially learning some odd combinations. I loved wednesdays when po and Jonathan would teach because the place would be live; it was my first time taking back to back classes(been doing back to back classes for the past two months now). Hate that this place is closing down, after I've been coming here I saw alot of changes and it was too much in a little time. I believe this could have been a lot better with pricing for PT sessions, more weights racks, and a solid schedule with certain trainers during the week. But all in all I enjoyed working out and the people that came through here, it has changed me for the better.”
