I like this location, very convenient. I just don't care for the customer service there. A couple of them are nice, but the rest not helpful at all !! Last time I went there, I left and went to UPS because two of the young lady act like they didn't want to help you.

My wallet was recently stolen so I have to recover all documents. I don't have a printer so I headed to FedEx for prints. A woman named Cathy helped me. She was great, positive and helpful. You can tell she loves her job because her nails and shoe laces were purple and orange to match the company colors. Too cute.

I dislike this store so much when the manager is here. He doesn't utilize his time as needed. Their could be a long line and one person helping but instead he choses to do something else and keep the customers inside waiting. The only time he ever helps is when he's the only one here. When he's not here the service is quick and friendly.
