Went to drop off a Fed Ex pkg. But I was told that they/Albertson's is not accepting "dropped" off because Fed Ex isn't picking up the pkgs. I aaked why not update the website to have Fed Ex drop location removed..just my 2 cents

My wallet was recently stolen so I have to recover all documents. I don't have a printer so I headed to FedEx for prints. A woman named Cathy helped me. She was great, positive and helpful. You can tell she loves her job because her nails and shoe laces were purple and orange to match the company colors. Too cute.

Went to FedEx located in Albertsons today to return a package. Received great customer service from Whitney! She put extra tape on my package to make sure there would be no problems when it was picked up and was very pleasant and positive! Thank you Whitney!!

I dislike this store so much when the manager is here. He doesn't utilize his time as needed. Their could be a long line and one person helping but instead he choses to do something else and keep the customers inside waiting. The only time he ever helps is when he's the only one here. When he's not here the service is quick and friendly.

This fed ex office is located in a nice area. It's easy to get to and they have good service. I have sent numerous overnight packages from here and they always get to you fast and are helpful.

Usually this place is understaffed and crowded with customers waiting in line. I feel bad for the people who work here.
