The staff is kind, always welcoming, and professional. I wish DXL themselves would offer us more clothing in the button down shirts that doesn't make us look like the Brawny Commercial model, geesh.... Let's get some more swag on these button downs please! Y'all did great maybe a little more than 3 yrs ago.

Elizabeth is such a helpful and lovely person. She was working alone and had several customers, but made me feel I was her most important person in the store. She was extremely helpful and upsold me on several items. She is a great manager and understands what customer service is really all about. I became a loyal customer today.

I found 2 of 3 polos I was looking for, I like going to the store vs online to make sure whatever fits and looks good on me. The stores need to be open to at least 8:30, that 7pm is a hassle getting there after work.

We just had an awesome experience with Anthony! He was pleasant, friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. He really went above and beyond by not only locating sizes, but also volunteering to show us all color options. He is the type of worker who should be the example for everyone else.
