My husband had several articles of clothing damaged at this cleaners. The cleaners washed the items instead of drying cleaning them as instructed. This resulted in the clothes being stained with whatever solution that they use. When retrieving and paying for his cleaning, my husband inspected the clothes and discovered the damages. The manager failed to take responsibility for the damages and never apologized. On top of that, charged my husband in full for the cleaning service. A word to the wise DO NOT take your clothes here unless you want them ruined.

Always got great service here really sad that I had one issue with the collar needing repressed on his suit and the only thing I got was attitude and refusal. I am a weekly customer and I never thought I would have to keep my receipts to prove anything but if you happen to use them, keep your receipts, because otherwise, they denied any responsibility. Makes me very very sad.

Pulled in earlier this week and asked if they could put a button back on. Took 6 tops in to be dry cleaned, 2 of them had missing buttons. Guy acted annoyed that he had to come to the register and help me. Asked that buttons be sewed back on and dry cleaned. When I asked about the buttons he said, “we’re not doing that.” He was mumbling so if he said anything else it was unintelligible. Just rude and annoyed that I would even walk in. I was going to just take those 2 shirts somewhere else, but if they are so annoyed by me as a customer, I’ll take all my business elsewhere.Services: Clothes pressing

Be careful when you are dropping off a bundle of clothes because they lose items and never want to take responsibility fort theirmisakes.This s the third time I have lost items without any resolution. Cheaper is not always better. Never going back.

THESE PEOPLE COST ME OVER $1K in profit from a gig I had scheduled. I had a huge women's day brunch to set up for. I put my table Linen cloths in this cleaners only for them to misplace them. 8 industrial size QUALITY BANQUET STYLE LINEN. This is not something you can just buy out of the store last minute. No I'm sorry, no I apologize....No REIMBURSEMENT....NOTHING.... see y'all soon!
