Not very organized and not many items on the shelves. I do like the option of self checkout. The cashier there was very overwhelmed with many customers needing her assistance at once…on a Saturday afternoon.

Store looked awful, items scattered on the floor. Then some shelves empty. Stocker was just standing around blocking the aisle. And whoever the lady putting cards up blocked the aisle & people were trying to get cards around her and she got mad was very rude. Made a discust sound & slammed the drawer.
That store is very unorganized & staff is horrible. This is in Cedar Hill Tx

I have been coming to this Dollar Tree off and on for the past 8 years and it has honestly never improved. I don't understand how this location is still in business. About 50% of the shelves are usually empty and the restock boxes are just laying around.

Absolutely abysmal experience AND ,only went there to pick up small cleaning things for a trip. If there was an option to award negative stars, this establishment would certainly earn it. The staff, particularly one individual, exhibited appalling rudeness, likely exacerbated by being the sole person managing checkouts. Typically, I refrain from writing reviews, but the deplorable state of this store compels me to speak out. It's in dire need of a complete overhaul – more staff, better cleanliness, and entirely new personnel. While I'm sympathetic to the occasional bad day, the lack of courtesy was inexcusable. Regrettably, I didn't catch the employee's name ( she had a purple headband, and a brown straight wig , but I did express to her the importance of treating customers with basic decency. A return visit? Won't be returning to this location, although this is just dollar tree... they need to close this one down.

Busy store, typical items, fast service, variety of goods. Great price (1.25 on most) on needed household items. Went in for Birthday cards December 31st. Store was busy. Good selection on cards. Got a few more items also. Did not need them but were there at a good price.

I give this place one star bc they will have about 2-3 employees in the store playing on their phones at the front, boxes everywhere not being stocked and you have to self check out. The employees are lazy as hell. If you're not going to check out, then stock those boxes that are all in the way. Do you not know to count money? Is that why you can't man the register? Do better.

This place has employees but none of them are working cashier, only one is on cashier and there is only one line for every lane even the self check out, don’t go here if you want to a quick snack or anything.

I made a meal using mostly Dollar General food products. I saved money and it was delicious. Dumplings for $4.00 (2 packages) and Ramen noodles for a $1.25. A meal for under $10.00 dollars. I already had egg rolls in my fridge. Feeds three easily and there was left overs!

Better merchandise than before. Quality got better. Need more cleanliness. They have more variety and self check out.
