This store is dirty you can't move around at all in the store AND the employees JEANENNE takes all the new items and holds them for herself. I walked up to the register after looking around for a product seen what I came in for (a cleaner) on a cart behind the register in plan site. I asked her if those are held back for a customer her smart tail remark was No ma'am those are for me and laughed and continued checking me out. Oh okay both are held back for you yes ma'am I'm stocking now so it may be some in inventory to put our later today or tomorrow. I was floored this is by far the worst customer service. I will never come back to this trashy store ever again. How do you take all the products for yourself just ghetto.

I attempted to use my fsa card and the cashier said it declined . When verified outside with an agent , they stated the transaction was never attempted. Why would the cashier say that . Never fully stock store

I love Dollar general but when I came in today, your isles are blocked with carts full of merchandise that is still in boxes. I would have bought a cart full of stuff but can't tell what's in the boxes. Plus just wanted to make my way out from trying to fight around the merchandise carts just sitting in the isles. I could hear other people complaining about the same thing. I counted what seemed like about 5 workers there that day and your store looks like that? Wow!!! Something is really wrong with this picture and Noone from home office hasn't noticed this yet? Dollar general has some really cute and great product and if it was out on the shelfs you would be making way more profit at this store specific....just saying.

I’ve moved over to the cedar hill area and the first time I went in the store you could barely get down the aisle. Now a month later and there has still been no changes. Not talking bad on the employees but I can tell this store is understaffed and struggling. DG management needs to step In and help out

This store used to be better but the last few times I've been have been terrible. You can't get down the aisles because of the boxes,and the SHELVES need to be stocked, the workers that were in the store were standing around complaining . Do better DG

This weekend is mother's Day and I've always been able to count on them for gift bags n last minute gifts but not this time. All they had was some dry cards n drier flowers. The store was trashy and not kept well a shoplifters treat. this location has gone down hill evident by my pics n video as evidence that I'm not over reacting

The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She was talking loud on the phone about the night crew employees. The night crew are the most overworked crew yet she will say what they do not do. She is never at the checkout until a line forms,even then she has a attitude. Horrible

Ghetto rude workers, lady was eating corn nuts loudly and very rude when i was trying to ask her for for help on a coupon. Instead of going to her register to ring up the other person she yelled and said you can’t be holding up the line.
