One cashier while another worker just stands there and there’s 10+ people in line. Took 20 minutes

Usually never had any issues but I showed up today at 9:50pm and the door was already locked even though it says they close at 10pm.

The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She was talking loud on the phone about the night crew employees. The night crew are the most overworked crew yet she will say what they do not do. She is never at the checkout until a line forms,even then she has a attitude. Horrible
