Then Elmore Shoto, location manager, asserted that Matlin, assistant manager, will search for my expected truck on the next day. Furthermore, I received a call from Matlin the following morning to complete my expectations by noon. So, I arrived at the rental location by noon, completed my reservation, and acquired a satisfied customer experience.”
“My experience has been good for every rental. Good customer service!However, we had to cancel because the plans changed, and we didn't need the car. I just wish I had known that you don't get your money back when you prepay. I paid for a rental and didn't go anywhere but to the grocery store. I don't think I even put 30 miles on the car but paid for 3 or 4 days. You would think that the would offer some kind of credit. Money wasted.”
“Great customer service! Rented a 7 passenger SUV that didn’t have enough seating for a family beach trip so they gave me a minivan with more space at no extra charge. The minivan barely had any miles on it and drove great. Will definitely rent from them again!”
