Prices for a one day extension on prepaid vehicle are ridiculously high. I'll think long and hard before I rent from Avis again.

Great customer service! Rented a 7 passenger SUV that didn’t have enough seating for a family beach trip so they gave me a minivan with more space at no extra charge. The minivan barely had any miles on it and drove great. Will definitely rent from them again!

Great experience, friendly staff, great deals and great prices. My only issue is sometimes, not all the time, the cars are not cleaned. Other than that I like Budget.
