DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Came in with long and healthy toe nails. First time here. My aunt came one time before and liked a particular person so I wanted to treat her. The young lady started scraping, drilling and filing (yes filing) trying to get my gel polish off. She filing and drilled some much that my toe nails HAD TO BE CUT OFF cause now my toe nails were so thin from filing that they were bending backwards from soaking in the water. Yes pictures of my toes after going to this salon YESTERDAY. Going back for a full refund and to have my toe nails cut AGAIN..
UPDATE!! I have to came back in an hour to get my feet fixed!!! OMG NEVER AGAIN

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IVE EVER GONE!!!!!! if i could put 0 stars i would. i came here once and wasn’t satisfied with it but i decided to give it another chance and it was such a mistake. he dipped my feet in the water for 20 seconds then went straight to cutting my nails (which btw he did a HORRIBLE JOB AT) he SKIPPED all the other steps there are to a pedicure. he didn’t clean under my nails, or shape them correctly. or take off all my dead skin on both my feet and toes. no scrubbing. no buffing, no cuticle removal. THE WORSTTTTTTT. such a waste of money and time. and the painting job was absolutely horrible all over my toes he didn’t even bother cleaning up. so much dead skin. uneven nails. and a horrible color but i couldn’t tell him i didnt like it because he went straight to it not even giving me chance to tell him if im okay with it or not. $50 thrown in the trash when i could’ve done 10x better. left crying. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rosie there is pretty great. Knows what she is doing and offers great service. Very friendly and talkative. Her manager Is also very funny and interactive. They adjust well to customer requests.
Cleanliness: The place is very clean. Seats, equipment, floor and all relevant items for the experience are maintained very well.

Love coming here. Ben, Jimmy, Justin, and Ana are amazing! Treated like family and they have remembered our names since we started coming here! Offered a drink every time and even given customer gifts like lotion and cuticle oil for Christmas!!

Today my son, my husband and I walked in for pedicures. The service was prompt and they did a great job. The location is clean and well decorated. I would definitely return here again.

First time here, has a great experience. Regarding the bugs someone mentioned they were very small white looking fruit flies. One guy was looking for them the entire time I was there and cleaning everywhere! He even went outside looking for them and killed them ?? the girls that wrote that review were exaggerating ???♀️

Delaney is a liar. She brought those bugs in with her ! I have never had a bad experience with Jimmy and The Crew ? the shop is always clean ! Jimmy is always in great spirits when my mom, daughter and I come to the shop ! I will forever recommend this place !

Rushed everything. Jimmy did my manicure and it was horrible. Nails were uneven and polish was everywhere. You can tell he was rushing to his next customer. While I was getting my pedicure I can see Jimmy taking his time with the next client ! I understand you guys are busy but at least pretend to try. You can hear jimmy yelling at the workers to hurry up and rush things in their own language. If you love the smell of nail polish come here! The smell will overpower you.
