Came in because my wife cracked her screen on her phone. They didn't have the screen in stock but took care of us and got it ordered. They called yesterday to let me know the screen was in stock. Very professional people.

waited over 45 min for help and never got it and when employees were asked to call someone back to where I was they ignored me all employees are shit at they job EXECPT the geek squad they were great and very helpful. They dont deserve the one star

I saw a review that stated Best Buy will soon become obsolete and I couldn’t agree more. If their in person experience does not supersede that of an online purchase it may be time to take notes. (Ask Blockbuster) I walked into the store to purchase a car stereo and experienced the following:• After asking for help and being told that they would page someone I waited 20 min for no one to ever come. No one even walked passed me the entire time I was waiting.• After waiting for over 20 min I walked to the front of the store to find 3 employees shooting the breeze and asked to speak with a manager. One of the gentleman pointed to the other and said “there you go”. I expressed my concern and the MANAGER’S reply was “I don’t have anyone free right now, they are all busy”. I then asked if HE could help me and his response was “I don’t have anyone available that knows about car stereos”. I responded by looking around at the other 2 clowns that he was loafing with and he replied by saying “sorry” while giving me a shoulder shrug.• The majority of the stereos in the store display were not properly labeled. NO specs and NO pricing available for the customer.This behavior and level of service seems to be the only thing uniform about this business. Definitely a modge podge/ feckless operation.

Best Buy is obsolete, don’t waste your time or money or energy doing any business with Best Buy. You might as well just order what you need off of Amazon. This is the third time I’ve had an inventory issue with Best Buy first time I ordered a TV came to curbside and then it wasn’t in stock. Second time ordered. A TV stand came to the store wasn’t in stock third time ordered a race simulator seat drove two hours to the location that showed to have it in stock got here and my order was canceled because they didn’t have it in stock. Then they told me they could ship it to my house and their online price was more expensive than Amazon. The only reason someone would willing to pay more is if they can have it same day. Big fail Best Buy. Two hours worth of diesel. Driving here than two hours worth of diesel driving back empty-handed. It’s pretty expensive. Nobody’s covering that cost. Thanks, Best Buy.

Greater at the door and directed to the right department. Fast service. Went in to get my phone fixed. They had it done in 10 minutes. They have plenty of experienced people when you have questions about their products.

This was my first time visiting the location. I walked around 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. Yes I needed assistance with locating computer accessories/ connections wire(cable). The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable about what I needed, where to find it, she even helped another customer at the same time. We were in the same area so he asked her for help no problem in five minutes he was on the way out. So happy to have the experience ? I will return for all my computer needs Thank you C.

Pay close attention to the 15-day return policy. NO RETURNS after 15 days. 5 weeks ago, I spent over $3000.00 on a 75"tv, a sound bar, and the mounting hardware for the sound bar. TV and sound bar were not installed right away due to construction issues. Today, after the tv was installed, I tried to return the 69.99 mounting hardware for the sound bar as it turns out it wasn't needed. Best Buy wouldn't accept it or process a refund. Without apology. Thanks, Best Buy, but I won't be coming around anymore.
