I went two days in a row and it’s always the same great customer service. Brianna, Christian, Sean and a new lady McKenzie were so nice and helpful. I only come to this location even though there is another store close to me.

Christian and Sean are absolutely wonderful showing exemperilary professional caring customer care for my nightmare solving my problem of being charged $112.21 for a $46.23 online purchase. They provided courteous care for me and patience for this senior, inputting the info which I was unable to do. Please show them your appreciation for their 10 star customer service.

I had the pleasure of receiving EXCELLENT customer service from Christian today. I have never had an employee from Bath and Body Works be so helpful and explain all of rewards and points that I had on my app. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, also. I will be back and I hope Christian is there to assist me.

The store has 2 entrances, 1 for bath and body works and the second for White Barn. There was not as much variety as in their locations. But the 1 ⭐️ is because the lady taking care of me took 30 minutes taking care of a single lady. And when it was time for her to take care of me her attitude was pretty nasty and she was pretty rude.

Carre was one of the most helpful people I have encountered going into a bath and body works. She was outgoing friendly and definitely knew her products and her job. She helped me get the most for my buck with my coupons and all and went out of her way to entertain my little cousin with the new crackling hand lotion. Definitely will be looking for her next time I stop in!!!
