If possible fill out the waivers on the website. The kiosks inside the facility are slow and doesn't retain info you enter.

***update***March 26th 2024 visit they updated carpet!The manager, Colton is making some decent improve with enforcing staffing/customer expectation and customer service practices. The facility is cleaner and very little chaos on the busy weekends. I recommend purchasing a membership with the summer fast approaching.
