Worst service ever...never again. They just make up prices and they change them every time I go in there. I'm done with this place. Save yourself the trouble.

I’ve past this nail salon for years. I asked could they do a pedi and mani in an hour and a half and they got me out in an hour. I needed a manicure so bad that one of my fingers were sore and almost bleeding, and the lady who took care of me was extra gentle, as well as gave me great advice on how to keep my cuticles from being so damaged as well as gave me a nail and cuticle care oil for free Not saying that they are going to give you guys anything free I think she just really felt sorry for my ugly hands Lol. But I want to stress how excellent their customer service was from the time I entered until the time I exited. Customerservice goes a long way with me, and they are top-tier. I will be back .

I have attempted to go to this spa location twice. On both occasions the location was closed. This last time,(today) I looked through the window in an attempt to see if the shop was permanetely closed, however there were people in there and the "owner/manager," was in conversation with a customer obtaining a pedicure. When I got into my car he ran out and asked what I needed, (I guess to see if my desire aligned with his desire to stay) after the inquiry, he then proceeded to tell me , "No, we closed an hour ago(5:30)." I asked if the times on the door were accurate(7:30), and he stated that its based on client traffic. Although, I believe everythin happens for a reason,I am choosing to write a review, because I believe that this practice is bad business and how I was handled was extremely dismissive.maybe just maybe clientele would increase if the location would remain open as listed on the door. and maybe the client base would increase if potential customers were not turned away and dismissed with a wave of the hand and a better luck next time disposition.Needless to say I will not return.

I love Emily. She’s wonderful. She’s been my mail tech for over 4 yrs. She do a WONDERFUL . She gives the BEST leg massage with your pedicure!! ❤️❤️

It’s very obvious that they just make up prices to see if a person would be willing to pay that price. I got a full set with chrome tip for $65 and originally they wanted me to pay $85! $85… wait until you see how plain my nails are.. I also asked for a polish change on my toes and… well… they ended up taking it off at no charge because who would pay for that! The manager guy was soooo rude! He was extremely rough removing the polish and even tried snatching my credit card payment out of my hands. I am not used to being handled that way… I was in shock. I mostly was in shock that the other women would allow him to treat someone like that and want to spend their money with them… there are literally 10+ other nail salons near by. They do not have good technique practices, nor do they have good customer service. It’s a no no no no no for me… I will never return!

The owner is so rude, beware of this place. They did a poor job on my nails, not even a week later and they broke / cracked. When I walked in to have them fixed the owner immediately gave me attitude. As someone who gets their nails done routinely every month, I have never experienced this. Bad service, cheap product, too expensive. Skip this place and support another local nail salon. These folks do not deserve your cash.

Seriously the BEST walk in nail salon there is!!! They take pride in their work and are truly amazing at what they do!! Paul or Cindy usually do my full set and it always comes out perfect!!!Keith is so welcoming and accommodating! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and it’s such a great environment to be at!

Worst service ever. My nails look like they've been chewed on. After asking for them to be fixed the lady just kept applying more layers of polish.

I been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. I bypassed the rude front end manager, but today took the cake. I normally try my best not to make it a race issue, but most of their clients are black women and the front end manager is just nasty to us. I call and make an appointment like I normally do, but today he tell me they are not waiting on me. And proceeded to hang up on me. When asked to talk to the owner which is Cindy. She tells me that we don’t understand them. I understand you, but when you talk to me like I’m nothing, my understanding goes out the door. They all need to work on customer service skills. I don’t see them being open any longer with this attitude.Services: Acrylic nails
